Ross Jeffries call notes

bit unstructured but here they are.

this isn’t the Ross from The Game… nobody has all the answers - best students take something from everyone. (he has a new business partner which makes him able to take a less aggressive approach to competition).
speedseduction.biz is his new site

five pieces to progress. no magic bullet.

  • practice to quiet internal chatter of your mind. habitual thoughts pollute the ecology of their mind. needs to be an ongoing practice. learn beginners breath meditation. get a book, see a teacher but need to find some way to get in touch with your breath. inhale, pause, exhale, pause. experience quiet during pause. 10-15 minutes daily. benefits - habitual noise will quiet down; intuition in the field will go through the roof. (quieting your chatter will allow you to start to make sense of confusion of the field and not be bound by preconceived notions).

  • good beliefs about learning. need to know what works in the field - need a good map about how women are. internalise specific beliefs about learning. anything seemingly or even actually painful that comes up is only coming up to be handled, healed, learned from, transformed transmuted into information and energy. -> no matter how bad you feel, how confused you get (and, by the way, confusion rather than sexual frustration is what drives bright guys
into ‘the game’ wtf happened? and how do I stop the pain?)

best teacher Ross has had in 30 years is Shinzen Young. experience of suffering. pain is multiplicative - sexual frustration * confusion * whatever else = horrible. he teaches something called untangling.

when i don’t know what to do, I take a bold step forward. opposite of AFC attitude - turn around and run away. actually when i don’t know what to do, I take the boldest step forward! this is what makes Style ‘the greatest of the jedi’ - ability to learn from mistakes and not having ego about it, and working backwards (can I f-close now, can I f-close in 5min, can I k-close etc etc). RJ - reread Game purely focusing on that aspect. how Style thinks about sense of possibility and about learning - unconscious level beliefs.

[if really cant take it fwd, ask for feedback…]

pay attention to things expert attends to and ignore those he ignores (that others might attend to). eg you see two ‘10s’ sitting at the bar. ignore how beautiful they are, shut down sexual response, direct attention elsewhere if starting to lose breath ‘think how she will look in forty years’. only move mind in a direction that is useful.

at some point Style learned to sit back and assess situation - take bathroom break if necessary. quieten internal chatter and pay attention to gut response. is it on? if not on, can it be on shortly? then ability to change behaviour on spot if need be.

if I can’t get my primary outcome, at least take these steps that take me towards the kind of man I want to become. try out something new that you always wanted to try. whats the most outrageous thing I can try now?

RJ - Mystery is a genius but he doesn’t have these beliefs about learning. Style - well, he embraces positivity. Ignores negativity - rejections etc - and just embraces positivity. RJ - that is part of his attractiveness. A guy who keeps going is very attractive. Mystery has ‘acceptance confidence’.

3 kinds of confidence. 1)performance confidence - you have opened 10,000 sets. 10,001 doesn’t exactly scare you. 2) rehearsal confidence - go into good altered state, visualize what you are going to look like, sound like. but not so good for guys who are too stuck in their head - another way to avoid going into the field. 3) acceptance confidence - you know what. i want to go talk to that woman. i don’t know what will happen. i’m going to talk to her anyway. stick to the facts. ‘lets go find out’. vs ‘let’s wait till its easier’.

  • pre-sarge preparation routine. call someone, talk to someone to get into a social state. list of key points in attitude to have in place. being in control of state, calibrating, being in rapport - need to be doing these all the time.

  • some things you do in sarge sequentially. first ten secs buy the next 30 secs which etc. buy time to express personality. maybe some part of sequence needs to be adjusted. others are recursive activities that you keep repeating at various points (eg checking rear view mirror when driving) - biggest leverage, biggest stuck points. examples - repeating trance words, using push-pull (leaning back/energy)/fractionation,

  • diagnostic categories - when/where to look at sarge and at what level. attitude, routines, beliefs.

  • how to transmute emotion.

  • extractor. technique to go into trance and find out what worked. see what didn’t without rehearsing it again. rehearsing new way of behaving.

ability to step into unknown without guaranteed response is v attractive. stealth charisma. truly give them absolute permission to have their first response.

acupuncture points on balls of your feet - have sex standing up the first time (!) to reduce anxiety

Holy awesomeness and all things GREAT. What a fantastic post
