(Hopefully someone will get the “Salame!” reference…)
Hey everyone! My name is Tyler. I’m a 21 year-old male (almost 22) located in Bloomington, IN. I’m currently attending Indiana University and plan on graduating with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Business by the end of the summer. I have been accepted into the MS of Information Systems program at the Kelley School of Business here and will be starting that this upcoming fall.
As you may have already guess, I’m really big into computers and technology in general. I love building computers, managing systems/networks, and tinkering with gadgets. I’m a fairly avid video gamer, though lately all I play is League of Legends (username is hans030390 if you want to add me!). I’m also very big into music and audio gear. I played piano for 9 years, guitar for 3, and love to sing. I was in the top choir at my high school, but decided not to pursue anything further with choir after that. I’m big into headphones and home/car audio systems. I suppose you could call me an audiophile!
I also have a rather strange personality and sense of humor (won’t delve into details here). I don’t take myself to seriously and consider myself very laid back. I’m very interested in astronomy, philosophy (Eastern, mostly), and even politics! Despite all the above, I’m not some basement-dwelling nerd that lacks all social skills. I can be a bit quiet and reserved around most strangers, but I quickly warm up to people and generally don’t have issues in any social situations. I am not extremely outgoing, though.
That said, I’ve never found myself to be particularly great with women. I’ve been in plenty of serious, long-term relationships over the years, but I don’t seem to have the edge that some other guys do. I am fairly confident in my personality, my looks, etc., but I do think my slightly introverted nature works against me in a lot of cases. That, and I’m not the type of guy that’s interested in “hooking up” with girls. I prefer serious relationships with people I can strongly bond with. That can be a bit harder, especially in my environment.
Either way, I’ve been doing a lot of research on pheromones and figured I’d try them! I forget how I stumbled on this site, but I was glad when I did! The idea of experimenting with them honestly sounds like fun to me, given my curious, scientific nature.
I’ve been looking into getting something like Instant Shine, Instant Honesty, or Instant Openness. Actually, I was interested in a combination of some or all of those, as they sound like something that might work well with me. I already have a cologne I like, and the fact that they can apparently go along with cologne interests me. Since I am not quite as outgoing as I could be and not the best at opening myself up to others or being obvious about my intentions/feelings towards someone (fear of awkwardness or rejection, I suppose), I feel like these pheromones might help me out. They might provide that slight extra edge that I’m looking for, though I understand they are no miracle cure! I still make an effort everyday myself and am always trying to improve on that!
Anyway, it’s nice to meet all of you, and I’m excited to try out some pheromones! Let’s hope it does not quite drain my wallet like my interest in headphones does, haha. I’m off to class now. ![]()
