I am a physician in New England. I am an amateur body-builder and fitness nut around 40. Was not one bit looking for pheromones but somehow got directed here and became intrigued. It is critical in my job that I make a good impresison quickly and inspire confidence and trust. Generally I have no problem with that but a little extra help never hurts. A314 is a great product. It the flagship product here at AD and ups your status and gives a strong alpha leader vibe. It can be a little intimidating for attraction on some but for your purpose it fits great.

Instant Gentleman is another route you may be able to take. Like tish said sometimes there is intimidation with A314. Instant Gentleman is like A314’s little brother, but don’t let that fool you it is a wonderful product itself. It gives a warm, charismatic, and dependable vibe. I personally think it’s more “friendly” initially. People will smile at you and also feel comfortable following your lead. I like and use A314 and IG (A314 I use more).
Instant Honesty is a good one also, but remember to test it out because people tend to tell you intimate things AND you tend to do the same.

Well, i’m about your age and I can tell you that these mones are good for wht you want them for… I have A314a/b and the oil and love the seriousness this provokes in me and in others… a respect the Alpha leader vibe… Clint Eastwood style…
I’ve also used the IH as Tish and Gormas mentioned… this is good for trust, a comforting trust with which you surround others.
I’d also suggest you try out the IS as this will give you a youthful glow… really, I’ve had others tell me so… Interesting molecules in the Instant Shine. I have a contented feeling while wearing it and others are relaxed.
I mention this as the A314 will give off a strong leadership and respect vibe. It can be too intimidating in some settings. In other settings, among colleagues, this could be what you NEED! But, if you want to soften up this Alphaness, then, layer some IS or some IH and you’ll see how they complement and balance each other out.
And after a good shower, you’re back to a clean slate, ready for your next combination or stand alone application!

Ok so, more information needed then? Well, TBH I have a work personality and a home personality. My home personality is somewhat introverted but social. My mood is generally pretty even and mellow. I am happily married and would not use anything specifically for personal relationship purposes.
At work I adhere to the principles of neurolinguistic programming, which is to say the science and art of personal interactions and body language. I meet about 15-30 new people per day and must make a good impresison quickly. At work I try to be friendly, personable, outgoing, open and compassionate. The most important aspect of my job is this personal interaction and quickly engendering an environment of mutual respect, trust and openness. With that in mind I try to keep it light and humorous, when appropriate. I try not to be too intimidating but occasionally being forceful is necessary when dealing this difficult personalities. As I mentioned, I am pretty successful with this but am somewhat interested to see if pheromones can improve on an already pretty good formula.

I really think Instant Gentleman is the route you should start with because you can tone down the intimidation factor with it better than A314. I would say there isn’t a dial with A314, but is with Instant Gentleman. If you need to be more forceful you can with Instant Gentleman not so much with A314 you can’t reverse or tone it down in the context of using these all by themselves… Hope this helps and welcome to the forum.

I agree with GorMas…IG is less intimidating then something like A314. It brings out feelings of safty trust respect but its less alpha intimidating. Not to say its not masculine it is but there is just more intimidation factor with A314
Ishine has a magnetic uplifting warmth to it and works well in any environment.
IH helps open up deeper communication with people.

Instant gentleman and A314 are both great products for your situation but from reading I would say that you go more with Instant gentleman because it seems that your work personality is not 100% you and if you are shy and a bit introverted you won’t get the results you need with A314.
You can work up to it by using IG and social products like instant shine draw others to you and instant openness to break the ice and make persons more chatty around you. You will find that conversation tends to flow much easier with this product on.
