I found this website when i searched pheromone talk into google because I didn’t want to get a product that was either a scam or one that didnt work. I consider my self good looking but I do lack the confidence to approach women, and initiate conversation.

There are many different threads in that same section about different mixes. It’s all about experimenting and finding what’s right for you. At your age, you probably won’t need more than about two sprays of Ammo at the most. You could end up using double that or more of your ‘socials’ IH and IO. Everyone is a little different.

I am an outgoing guy around my friends (both guys and girls), but unfortunately when it comes to meeting new people, I am stumped in creating contact with fresh faces. Well if youre seeking some confidence and to be outgoing, well IO can get you to open up more and helps to relax both you and those around you, you should find that the conversations with strangers will flow much easier, like as if you already knew them and how you interact with friends of both females and males.
For confidence you might want to seek out Instant shine or instant gentlemen as well. Instant shine gives me a slight confidence boost but at the same time it makes me happier, more approachable, and social. Instant gentlemen should garner you respect hits as well as giving you some confidence. It also projects you as a cool guy and good bf material as well which is always a plus if you want to attract that.

I guess you did do a bit of researching before. Finding your sweet spot is the initial stages and I always find it the most exciting because it requires discipline and it requires me to be on point and precise when doing this.
