Have any of you been having ang side effects,not just a burn out but ive been getting a lets call it a sore throat feeling the day after.
Iv’e experienced the instant headache from IH ,the great highs and feelings from IS ,AMMO ,A134A ,
but feel a lumpy throat the day after and tierdness.
Is it just me or have anyone else had simular results.
I would be gratefull of some feedback.

I’ve never had a lumpy throat feeling, but I’ve gotten tiredness and headaches before. The tiredness came from a product that’s not from AD, but for the headaches, I usually get them if I inhale the pheros while they’re still wet and settling, too quickly after application. Usually if I hold my breath while putting them on and then walk around a bit, I don’t get any rushes, not even from IS. But of course, individual results will vary! Try avoiding inhaling pheros too soon - they’re not meant to be taken orally, after all, and if it still persists a forum search or chat with the staff might be a good idea.

Yes, IS and Nols can leave you feeling a bit drained/drawn/tired/headachy after a few hours/with topups. Rest, a bit of decent food and an electrolyte replenishing drink will help offset this. As will cutting your dose if you are usin a lot of the stuff.
also remember that as well as the positive self effects, the negative effects are most apparent the when you first start using them. you will probably find you adjust fine after a little while.
As for the rest, that sounds more of an issue with the scent components and yes, people can be sensitive to them too. FF21 is the scent that gives me problems but I don’t have any reaction to any others. So I get Ammo in a different scent via a custom order now.
Another thing, if you are getting effects into the next day, are you washing-off the pheros at the end of the night? You won’t help any sensitivity be sleeping with the stuff still on - unless you have someone there of course!
