I’ve brought this up many times before elsewhere, but, wow, it’s amazing how after a day of extreme stress, the world looks at you different. Women, men.
It never ceases to amaze me how after these days, the world looks at you different, like they know there is something going on with you. In women, I do believe it to be attraction, actually.
I had a highly stressful 24 hours on Thursday, and Friday the world just took notice. This has happened after almost all the extremely stressful days in my life over the last 6 years or so (i can only trace it back starting with one memory. now that I am aware of pheromones, I notice this all more – when natural pheromones become as powerful as synthetic use).
can you tell me what kind of ‘hits’ you saw on this stressful day?
Were they better ‘hits’ than what you could get from synthetic mones for example or was it about equivalent to a good combo?
Obviously when you are stressed your levels of adrenaline and cortisol would be high changing your pheromone signature. Also I guess when you are stressed you could be sweating more causing more pheromones to ‘escape’ the skin.
Check out the discussion here (which you particiated in):
and the link I posted in there to the other place.
I’ve always found it interesting how “there’s nothing better than the real thing.”
Reason being, the percentage of people who are affected by you pheromone signature seems to be greater than synthetics can provide, and more intense. It’s almost like the nirvana of pheromone use… haha. But not something you want to replicate (the stressful situations) to produce this effect.
The reactions are of a sexual nature with women and respectful and friendly with the guys. Obviously there are so many pheromones out there, and of course ratio means something. Turning your body into a pheromone engine just creates a better result.
I have to say though, with Androtics involved, pheromone use is 10x ahead of what it was several years ago. It’s much easier to create strong, consistent effects, and the gap is certainly greatly narrowed.
The rule of real estate is “Location, location, location” to establish value – the potential of the real estate in it’s “Highest and best use”.
Given the core bioevolutionary strategy of females, it seems to me that a female is at her highest value potential when she brings stability, comfort and status to a highly stressed male.
A highly stressed male, over time is a highly dead male. However, a lot of stress is status generated, so a female who can relieve a male’s stress has the basis for a strong pair bond, which is a win on her evolutionary scorecard.
What if the problem is not the strength of your natural pheromone signature but the ratios of pheromone emitted by you? After you are stressed maybe you are producing more pheromones but the ratios are still dictated by your genetics and other individual factors. Maybe someone’s natural pheromone ratios is not attractive, and it doesn’t matter if they are emitting the same but now in larger quantities.
How about the supplements that are used to enhance your natural pheromone production? Some people reported good effects but overall not so encouraging. I earlier mentioned a product called ‘mypherox’ which works fast (sublingual delivery) and does not require regular supplementation. Have you experimented with that?
Is it the cortisol as mentioned in the study you linked? Anyone tried synthetic cortisol as pheromone?
Do you suppose it might be the combination of high cortisol metabolite phero output + strong body language? You had to spend your day grappling with alligators, but you faced them like a man and lived to tell the tale.
Feldenkrais thought lots of bad posture related to startle reflex…
(Vs the alternative stressful situation of you spent the day being beaten by more dominant apes.. i mean men and as a result are cringing in response to everything).
I was reading the forums and searching on how one can increase natural pheromone production, and found the threads mentioning Mypherox.
I seem to doubt it though as I read the ingredients on the site and it seems it’s just stuff you find in a multivitamin. So my daily multivit probably increases my pheromone production?l
Maybe I’ve lived an unusual life, but I’ve found that in times of extreme stress certain women seem to ferociously attack. Such attacks in my experience seem to come out of nowhere when I’m in a weakened state, and in the past have been life and career threatening. In my experience the weakness can be physical, for instance an illness, or simply a reduction in capacity due to long-term stress.
I’ve wondered if attacks in a stressed state have an evolutionary basis. Almost a hightened form of “shit test.” A survival test if you will. IE - “This male seems weak at the moment. Lets see if he should die or survive to breed.”
That might explain why women who are amiable and/or attracted to a male when he is strong may exhibit quite different behavior when he shows signs of weakness. It’s likely that pheromones are involved, although I’m not sure I’d like to spray myself with the ones that make women want to attack me.
Yea I completely agree with you about ‘ferocious attacking’ from some women when a male is ‘weakened’ - great observations GwtW! I wouldn’t say the attacking is ferocious but definitely obvious IMHO.
If people want to try something that is highly similar to the scent that a highly-stressed person gives off, have a look at the following…
If these people have created scent to train dogs to find people in a distressed state, and dogs’ sense of smell being much better than humans, then could this product perhaps do something extremely useful pheromonally?
From a March 1996 Discover Magazine article, ‘The Fake Smell of Death’ by Jessica Snyder Sachs: http://discovermagazine.com/1996/mar/thefakesmellofde714
“…Another tester was Caroline Hebard, a New Jersey mother of four who has been honored internationally for her canine search-and-rescue work. Yes, this works, she told Sigma. Now give me something for live folk.
But not just ordinary live folk. Over the years, as Hebard and her dogs sifted through the rubble of earthquakes and explosions, she saw that she needed to train her dogs to tell her if they were smelling buried trauma victims or the workers around them. There’s a certain scent, kind of sour and sweaty, around someone in shock, she says. Anybody who’s familiar with the smell in an ambulance knows what I mean. To fill the request, Juehne hit the journals again. There he found detailed analyses of compounds our bodies secrete onto the surface of our skin. I needed to find a universal human scent, something nondiscriminatory with respect to a person’s diet, sex, or age–from that baby-fresh smell of a newborn’s head to the musty odor of Grandpa in the nursing home.
After another game of chemical mix and match, Juehne sent Pseudo Distress for field-testing. It reportedly sailed through all trials, with claims that dogs trained on the stuff were proving their worth in actual rescue situations. And not only did Pseudo Distress help dogs track people in shock: handlers report that it’s good for finding frightened children in the wilderness and adrenaline-charged escapees in prison air ducts…”
I have taken it and it works wonders!!! It’s not just like a multi vitamin. Think about it, it is just all natural ingredients that my your circulation flow- body sweat- and pores open. It makes your body think it is in a sexual situation. The B12 flushes everything through the body the cayenne makes you hot. So I do not believe it is just a mulit vitamin. I am sure it is all put together in such a way to make your body do what it needs to to produce more. The right amount of each. Ya know?
I have always felt like after a really hard day of work or if I am in a bad mood, I do seem to get more interest from women, I think it is because I don’t care about anything else, perhaps I seem more aggresive, I don’t know.
I’m not sure you got my meaning-the consumption of celery gives people a huge “boost” -it’s a tradition to serve it in abundance at Amish weddings, for example:
"Packed with energizing nutrients, celery stimulates the pituitary gland – a primary gland in the release of sexual hormones.
In addition, there is some evidence which points to the scent of celery as suggesting androstenone, the primary male pheromone.
As far back as the Middle Ages, the power of celery was well understood, according to a quote unearthed in the Eighteenth Century by Grimod de la Reyniere,
“It is enough to stress that [celery] is not in any way a salad for bachelors.”
Although modern science has yet to reach a conclusion on the potency of raw versus cooked, raw celery root has been used for centuries as a cure for impotence.
