Simulating the 'Cleopatra trick'...

No, I don’t believe anyone holds a patent but Tisha gave you the answer as to why they’re so scarce to come by.

PheorUN, if it helps you to envision how difficult synthetic copulins are to make, imagine HAZMAT/quarantine. If it was easy to simulate we’d all be whippin’ 'em up in our bathtubs. Tisha has the original beta version of EoW and she can tell you how bad* that* smells. Gone With The Wind buried his in the backyard. I’ll bet it’s still there, lol. Doesn’t sound good does it?

If the fact that the cops are synthetic bothers you then seek out what you can find that’s allegedly more natural. Perhaps they’re really derived from serene cloistered nuns who raise chickens in Maryland… or from ads seeking to hire women who are in their ovulatory phase who are interested in making some easy money in trade for their copulins. Yeah, that sounds good. I haven’t seen a certificate of authentication from anyone stating/identifying where they actually get their natural copulins from, they still have to be sterilized/formulated in a lab whether they’re synthetic or natural.

Yes, I think/know so.

Take it for what it’s worth PheroUN…my personal opinion as an experienced user of straight copulins/perfumed copulins products. Straight synthetic copulins, (EoW in the alcohol version manufactured by Stone Labs available from Love Scent… or EoW in the oil version manufactured by Stone Labs and available exclusively from a company we can’t mention), is what I’ve personally found to work best of all copulins products. Yes, as far as I’m concerned, there are a few scented copulins products I’ve used that work* really* well…for me. However, I’ve also tested some that have not worked so well*…for me*. I didn’t find Mistress to be great. I’ve tested exactly the same “natural” ones as Tisha mentioned. In fact we were both initial testers for them and I got the same result she did. After they matured they were more effect than when I originally tested them.

We were all under that impression at one time and then we found out differently. While there are still earthy notes in EoW, the butt cheese/poopy smell that became so familiar to most of us, is no longer there because the indole has been removed.

There’s a response/learning curve to everything. Sometimes we have preconceived notions that effect our perception of things…and combined with both psychological and physical responses effects the way we respond to things, including pheromones/copulins. PheroNU, you actually don’t have to* consciously* smell “crotch smell” in order for copulins to attract men/get reactions. Just like women aren’t conscious that they’re attracted to the “smell” of men/Androstenone when they’re in their ovulatory/fertile phase. Your natural cops have an odor and each woman has her own unique scent. I’ve been in enough girl’s locker rooms to know that! LOL! But none of them should smell like EoW and if they do something is wrong, lol, very wrong. Cal 911/seek medical attention ASAP.

This is the bottom line on the latest developments concerning EoW. Maybe it’ll be of some help.

That said, there has been some debate on the effect/attractiveness provided by the earthy/“dirty” indole in the older versions of EoW, that was subsequently removed from the present batch. Was it more attractive to some BEFORE the indole was removed? Maybe. My opinion is… I think it comes down to what particular scents attract certain people, especially sexually. Some people are really attracted to and turned on by “dirty”/earthy/animal scents and some are repelled by them. For example, I like just a trace of the scent of EoW peeking out from under my cover scent. That is my personal preference. I actually think that the right dose of EoW improves the scent of certain perfumes I’ve sprayed over it and improved the fragrance of some perfumes when I’ve added straight EoW to the bottle.

Again, personal preference as to how strong a scent of EoW you like or don’t like and if it’s the proper amount to get you a response. If you like/believe that “crotch smell” works best for you for attraction, then go with it. If somebody else wants to bury the scent six feet under they’ll cover it with a strong fragrance. If all of it makes your head spin like a top and it’s too much trouble for you to work with or figure out…buy a ready to go already perfumed copulins product. Most decent perfumed copulins products on the market contain EoW, supplied by Stone, albeit in higher or lower mcgs/bottle depending on the particular product. Most of the companies list the mcgs of EoW contained in their products on the label.

Just because the copulins products that we speak of are scented doesn’t mean they contain “fake” copulins or don’t contain a viable amount of synthetic copulins to be effective. So perfumy doesn’t mean that it’s fake and/or that it relies on a placebo effect. It depends on the product and you’re chemistry and, as always, your mileage may vary. Unfortunately, we can’t name names and the only copulins reviews you’re going to get on this forum are reviews strictly for EoW and now it looks like Vulva discussion is also permitted. There are a bazillion posts on how to properly use EoW all over PTalk. If using a perfumed copulins product didn’t work we wouldn’t be/have been adding straight EoW to our favorite perfumes/lotions for years…and adding it to products like IS/A, IS/B and even Instant Shine.

The choices for available straight synthetic copulins… and alternative choices for available “natural” copulins products… and the availability of scented synthetic/natural copulins products… has been layed out for you by experienced users concerning your question. All types of copulins…, synthetic or allegedly “natural”… that we’ve been able to get our hands on… has been discussed as far as we’re able to discuss them under the… we can’t talk about most companies/copulins rule.

I’m fresh outta rabbits, kiddo. They’re all outta the hat and lucky I’m not in the mood for stew. Although I could use a new foot for my key chain. Seriously, If you’re at all interested in trying a copulins product with the cover scent built in then I strongly suggest you get a few from reputable vendors and test them for yourself. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Bella

everything Bella said.

Thanks everyone for all the input! I guess maybe I will give some of the scented products another try (glad to hear you were also unimpressed with Mistress). I am a bit overwhelmed though… there are so many to choose from. Any specific ones I should look at?

Also, I did a quick google search for “100% copulins” (now that I better understand WHAT EoW is), and found two other products…

One is called “Women’s - 100% Pheromone Oil Roll-on Bottle”, and sells for $11.50 (seems kinda cheap… I am a bit skeptical of the quality)…

And another called “TRUE Essence™ (100% Copulins)”, this one seems to be sold from a few places for $20-30.

Anyone have any experience with these? I would hate to order them only to find out they are just repackaged EoW (or worse!).

As several people have already mentioned, we are not really allowed to freely discuss other companies’ products on this forum. Please don’t keep pressing for details because we will get reprimanded by the mods if we say anything more.

I’ve been pretty happy with EoW. I use products that incorporate EoW into various perfume oil bases (that do not smell cheap). I’ve also used the ones by the banned member mentioned by Tisha and Bella. I like both.

The molecules in copulins are simple fatty acid derivatives and are not expensive to synthesize, so I would not be put off by a low price. Its not like the steroid-derived pheros which I assume cost much more to make. I purchased what is likely a lifetime supply of straight EoW oil for about $25. Way cheaper than other pheros.

I am a tad confused… I checked the faq, and stickies, and didnt see anywhere that mentioned what you can/cant talk about (it is very possible I just missed it). Anyway, I am not looking to violate any rules, I was just curious if anyone has ever heard of those two products I mentioned. After getting burned for over 50 dollars on those Mistress Pheromones, I am a little apprehensive about placing another blind order. I am sure you understand.

This is the self proclaimed “Worlds largest pheromone community”. How can that be true if we are not allowed to at least TALK about all products currently on the market :stuck_out_tongue: ?

Awesome post

That and the industrial strength one from Chris’s lab that closed and both are out in the shed well away from the house. In a metal box and still in the summer you can smell them LOL Keeps the animals out of the shed though. You have to wear gloves and goggles to dilute them and I put some vicks vapor rub under my nose so I dont gag every two seconds. :stuck_out_tongue:

EOW from LS is so much easier LOL

Tisha

PheroUserName, you’re really pushin’ it honey.

From the responses in this thread, your questions have been answered repeatedly, as best as we’re permitted to answer them, but you just keep asking the same questions.

Yes, we wish we were able to speak about copulins without having to do a round-a-bout jig but that ain’t the way it is. Please try to understand that while PheroTalk is the largest pheromone community…in the world…and we are here to discuss pheromones…this is primarily a forum to discuss* Androtics products…*with very few exceptions.

Several of us have tried to give it to you as clearly and straight up as we can, under the circumstances. You’ve squeezed us dry. There’s nothing left to give.

It is their forum and them’s the rules, chica. If you persist in bringing up names of products that we keep telling you we’re not allowed to discuss/don’t get with the program SteveO will spank you in front of all of us! …but it won’t be the fun kind. :open_mouth:

Or he’ll sic the dog on ya, lol.

Bella

Its not in the FAQs so I understand your confusion. What we are telling you is that there are unwritten rules and they are enforced. Don’t shoot the messengers; we’re just telling you what we know from participating on this forum over several years.

That’s a really good point, xev. It certainly would help to add that to avoid confusing our (((newbies))), having it said right up front.  Believe me, it’s frustrating for us too. We’re the ones who have to keep trying to explain it over and over.

Did I forget to mention I’m glad you’re back? :stuck_out_tongue:

PheroUN, come back, babe! It’s all good.

Bella

Fair enough, just dont shoot ME either for not fully understanding a “unwritten” rule :stuck_out_tongue: .

Hugs

So just to clarify, I am likely going to order one of those ‘100% cops’ products I mentioned above, or MAYBE that ‘vulva’ stuff tisha mentioned (still kinda turned off by their website :o ). IF I do order said products, am I not allowed to report back my results here?

We all get a little frustrated with rules…especially the “unwritten” ones, lol.

Believe me, we’re glad to know you actually read the FAQ and the sticky’s. That’s what we always encourage newbies to do. Nothing in the FAQ/sticky’s states that only certain products, other than AD’s, are allowed to be mentioned/discussed on the forum. It is confusing and difficult to explain, especially to newbies, and I’m glad that it’s been pointed out.

There doesn’t seem to be a problem with mentioning stuff like Axe. I don’t know the reason, I can only assume that it’s because stuff like that is mostly for shit/weak and doesn’t really compete with AD products.

As far as I know the answer to that question is no, on the two you mentioned. Also as far as I know, up until a few days ago when Tisha mentioned Vulva, I was under the impression that no other copulins product, except EoW, was permitted to be mentioned/discussed on this forum. Like I said, it seems that Vulva is now allowed to be mentioned/discussed. It has been and we’re still standing, for the moment. Frankly, I don’t know for sure. I don’t work for/represent AD and I don’t make the rules, the ones ya can see or the ones ya can’t. Although I do try to keep up with them.

Also, as far as I know, you can ask questions about and report on EoW. That’s fine. However, if you want your reports to count towards “reporting user status”, then you cannot include EoW in any of those reports. Same goes for A1 (Androstadienone). For your reports to count they cannot contain A1. I believe John previously posted about that.

Bella

I am not going to tell you what you should or shouldn’t use but I will give you my opinion. I have been a consumer of pheromones for 11 years now and have purchased from just about every company at some point. Some are great and some suck. 100% pure copulins are hard to find.

The first I am assuming you saw on Amazon. That’s diluted EOW.

The second one is probably imported from China. I never used the copulins there but have tested two other products. I had a bad reaction to one of those products and upon doing some research found out they have no ideal what they doing pheromonally they are not even in the business of pheromones but something entirely different.

My personal opinion is they were unethical in how they began there pheromone business which speaks volumes about there character on a whole. Copying other sites and products names that closely doesn’t say much for there own knowledge about mones or anything other then marketing. I think they are strictly in it for the money and dont care who they hurt to get it. Like I said though thats my personal opinion.

EOW really is pretty much it if you want a safe pure 100% no other mones added product. It may not be perfect but mimicking mother nature is not a easy task and these are chemicals we are talking about and you have to consider consumer safety. I think you should try to learn to use it correctly before passing judgement on it. Your not going to find anything that smells like your own natural stuff if thats what your looking for though.

Oh and since you mentioned Mistress. That’s just a pheromone perfume. Its not copulins. It rather mild pheromonally compared to what most of us use but it they are a good trusted company. Its a little hard for new users to pick up on the subtlety of the hits with there products though.

Tisha

Sounds like we need a moderator to chime in here and clear all this up. Any mods out there? Please tell us exactly what products we can/cant discuss?

Why exactly is this a issue ? Think of it this way would you go to Pepsi’s forum to talk about Coke ? They dont post it in the rules because they dont want to single any company out publicly leaving them open to possible legal problems. Its one thing for me to give my opinion. I dont work for AD or any other mone company, Its entirely another for AD staff to do it.

They also dont want to clog their research forum with information about a lot of other companies making it hard for members and the company to find reports. If a newbies mentions one of these companies the members or the admin let them know and ask them to refrain. Its AD’s forum. they pay for the advertising, they pay for its upkeep and the research so most members respect that. Being the former moderator here I totally understand there stance.

There was never a rule that the only copulin formula that could be mentioned was EOW. Sure everyone got hot under the collar during copulin-gate but thats water under the bridge. Vulva has been mentioned more then a few times here. This is where I first discovered its existence. I still like EOW better though LOL.

Tisha

Tisha, please don’t mistake what I’m going to say as arguing with you. I’m not arguing with you here. Just to clarify…when I said it should be included in the FQA, I didn’t mean that AD should actually specifically name all the companies we are not permitted to speak about. However, it would be very helpful to avoid myriad confrontations, exactly like this one, to have it simply said.

As it’s so often been pointed out.. the header says >>>> “Welcome to the PheroTalk.com, The World’s #1 Pheromone Website & Community. This is the only website in the world where you are allowed to honestly discuss human pheromones and related topics with real pheromone users. No “snake oil salesmen” allowed!”

Going by the above statement, newbies think PheroTalk is a forum for discussing pheromone products, all pheromone products. So, they post about “other” products they’re interested in/have tried and want to discuss them. Then find out it’s verboten and is not allowed. No one wants to log on anywhere and have the first word they see be… NO! Obviously. It turns people off and is not required, under most circumstances, to get the message across. It doesn’t have to be in red/on the front page/in the header to be an effective deterrent to “discourage” the mention/discussion of “other” pheromones/pheromone companies…but… it sure would go a long way to make things easier on all concerned to simply add it to the FAQ. That is my personal opinion, lol.

It would save newbies the embarrassment of having their wrists slapped in public and oldbies from being slapped while trying to edumacate them to the ways things work around here. They end up getting turned off anyhow, in some instances, because they’ve been slapped. That in itself turns them off and I don’t blame them because that’s the kind of information that should be provided right along with the instructions of how to use pheromones. Too simple?

That’s the issue. And one that we will continue to confront over and over…here we are again…and it won’t ever be straightened out until it’s clarified by the admins/mods so it’s easy for all to understand.

Anyway, Tisha, is it your understanding that we can talk about all this now that “copulin gate” is all water under the bridge? That would certainly be a relief since we’re used to walking on pins and needles about it, lol.

Bella

What Tisha said about the ‘rule’. Its common sense.

One of our directives handed down by both M.Harris and Jasmin is that we do not want to encourage use of anything dangerous or that is known to be a scam. We don’t want our forum to be used as a breeding ground for thievery.

I hope this helps!

Thanks,

John Sebastian

Androtics Direct

LOL ((((Bella)))) You and I have been though to much for me to think that. I know where your coming from.

I’m not arguing either, I just want people to know where I am coming from. I know this has been frustrating for lots of people. It was frustrating for me when I was the moderator here. You know I dont believe every company is selling dangerous products. Its my personal opinion they are not as effective as AD but that doesn’t make them dangerous. I am not saying there are no dangerous companies out there though. There is one that recently opened that I personaly consider very dangerous and has no understanding of pheromones. Just read there forum and you can see they have no ideal what they are playing with and these are not toys they are chemicals.

Where does it say “all pheromone products” ? If you read beyond that headline its obvious the forum is a branch of a pheromone store.

Usually I dont slap wrists in public or slap them at all and neither does AD. I pop them a PM and just explain it to them and they are fine with it. Its all in how you convey it to them.

Bella you know that I have never stopped talking about copulins or whatever else I felt like here. I have certainly pissed them off and frustrated them enough times. I am not going to tell you its safe to talk about all copulin products now because some of those products are connected to companies that we both know AD doesn’t get on with for various reasons.

I do limit my talk about certain other companies and products here though. I choose not talk about them out of respect and fondness for AD not because I am walking on pins and needles about it. I dont want to draw people away from there company. I show the same respect in any forum attracted to a store. AD doesn’t sell copulins. Vulva doesn’t sell pheromones they sell copulins or something thats supposed to smell like a womens crotch LOL. I figured that makes them pretty safe to talk about. If AD has a problem with it I am sure they will let me know and thats fine. Its there house, there rules.

Tisha

((((Tisha)))), you don’t need to defend AD to me, lol. I know where you’re coming from. Connecticut, right?

That above… about other companies selling “dangerous products” was John’s statement/explanation for why we can’t speak about “certain” pheromones/pheromone companies, not mine.
It’s understandable that AD doesn’t want discussion of other pheromones/other pheromone companies on their forum. The confusing part for newbies is the part where it plainly says…** "This is the only website in the world where you are allowed to honestly discuss human pheromones and related topics with real pheromone users. No “snake oil salesmen” allowed!"**

I’m not talking about “snake oil/snake oil salesmen”. I don’t use snake oil, lol, and I have no desire/intent to sell/promote it to anyone. Copulins from REPUTABLE suppliers are not “dangerous/snake oil”. Those of us who do know about a certain unmentionable pheromone supplier who was incarcerated because of illegally selling chemicals/narcotics, is a completely different kettle of fish. And that’s not what we’re primarily discussing here. This started as a thread about copulins and that’s what I thought we were primarily discussing. And copulins is encompassed as part of the " where you are allowed to honestly discuss human pheromones and related topics with real pheromone users. " , as stated in the header.

It doesn’t say “all pheromone products” but for the uninitiated it implies it. Of course, I’ve read behind the headline and that’s the point that I’m not going to belabor anymore after this post, lol. And it is obvious to those it’s obvious to…and not obvious to those who think from reading that very statement that it’s OK to talk about any pheromones…as there’s no stipulation that says they’re not…until they make the innocent mistake of doing so. So even though one would assume that newbies will get it…it’s obviously not the case as evidenced right here in this thread.

Yes, it is how you convey the message that’s important. And I knew that when I said, “slap on the wrist”. It’s an expression that conotates you’ve been lightly reprimanded for doing something “wrong”. I certainly didn’t mean it in a literal sense. Just like I know you’re not literally slapping me right now.

Yes, and just like you, I abide by them. Unfortunately, some newbies don’t make the connection to AD having a store and that they’re not allowed to talk about other products out of respect for the company. Once again, they’re going by what they’ve read and believe as stated in the header.

Pins and needles is also an expression of proceeding with anxious suspense or nervous anticipation. Not that you’re literally being stuck with pins and needles. I wasn’t speaking about you in particular, of course. You may not feel like that but there are others who do feel like that because they’ve been reprimanded.

Neither of us are admins/mods, lol, so we don’t have the authority to really say what we can or can’t speak about. That’s clear. Yes, we have continued to talk about copulins since copulin gate and to my knowledge the only one we’ve been allowed to mention/discuss outright, by name, is EoW. Otherwise why would we even be debating this? LOL. If it was permitted, and we were all aware of it, not only did I miss the memo, the women’s forum would be full of posts on reputable copulins products! So again, as far as I know, the mention/discussion of other reputable copulins/copulin companies is still disallowed. Except for Vulva, it seems, which was just brought up once again in this thread. And despite this discussion and asking the admins/modsfor straight out clarification about this >>> what copulins are we actually permitted to mention/discuss openly question <<< …it still hasn’t been directly answered by anyone in authority.

I knew when I stepped into this quagmire, I shoulda just turned around and stepped out, lol. I really do know better. Frankly, I don’t care about it for myself. I’ve been in this neck of the woods long enough to know how things work around here. It doesn’t matter to me one way or the other about what we can’t mention. There’s still plenty of AD’s products to discuss. I just feel sorry for the confused newbies.

Bella

((((Tisha)))), you don’t need to defend AD to me, lol. I know where you’re coming from.

Bella

As a newbie I would think it was totally okay to state, that this site is just as much a site for the company, to get results on real life testing of the product, and therefore not a place to be flooded with statements on every skanky product out there.
Also it would allow other companies too silently spam this site with fake good reviews of their own product.
Also since there is no adds, the costs has to come from AD, and it’s not fair that they should have to use money sending own costumers to other companies. The rest of the reasons I agree with too.

However I first found it suspicius that this rule was so hidden, because I realized quickly that something was off, since only smartmones.com products vere discussed, and until I learned more about this page and tried products myself, it kinda made me think it was a trick, to lure new consumers into thinking that all these forum users all agreed that only AD’s products worked, and even had me thinking the whole forum could be fake, as I’ve heard another brand of pheros did to make their product seem good…

Just saying that it makes a bad first impression to some of us…

But then you have a bunch of guys going crazy for you, and a woman who doesn’t like you treat you like her new best friend, and who can argue with THAT???
