Intro: 11/20/11
Here begins my PheroTalk journal. My trial shipment arrives tomorrow. It consists of 1 Ammo ToGo and 1 IS ToGo. I’m very excited and I can’t wait to see what kind of results I get!

My Arsenal:
Instant Shine x1 ToGo
Ammo x1 ToGo
MX430 ToGo

Mission: To escape the dreaded friend zone

Target: Theresa

Background: Boy meets amazing girl. They hit it off great and become very close. Girl seems like she is interested, but suddenly changes her mind. Boy fears he is stuck in the friend zone. Although uncertain, in all likelihood he is. Boy says enough is enough and turns to the interwebs. Boy scours for hours and stumbles head first in the world of Pheromones.

Let the games begin.

11/21/11

My shipment has arrived!!! :smiley:

It appears that some of the contents have leaked out onto the envelope. :confused: Rather unfortunate…

I open the envelope and immediately get my first whiff of pheromones. I’d literally just hopped out of bed, groggy as usual. One sniff of this envelope, boom, wide awake.

I reach inside and pull out the invoice. Bundled with it is a paper with a bright logo in the top left: “FREE THIS WEEK!” Apparently I’ve been chosen at random to test a ToGo bottle of MX430. Sweet! :slight_smile:

Out of the package all three of these mones seem to smell the same. IS, Ammo, MX430.

I’m gonna go shower now and proceed with my first application! :smiley:

Half hour later…
First application in the books and I feel amazing right now. That FZ don’t stand a chance!

Pheromones used: Instant Shine x1 ToGo
Sprays: 2-3 (first time being used the nozzle spazzed a bit)

Four hours later…
So I called up a couple friends and headed to the bowling alley. I did not notice any significant differences in their attitudes since we’re always goofing off anyway but they both said multiple times how much fun they were having which I would consider a result of IS.

Instant Shine is amazing even if only for the self effects. I. feel. fantastic! Before IS, I would occasionally get into these moods where I just feel awesome and bubbly and just wanna do something crazy. That’s how IS made me feel the second I sprayed it on. I’m absolutely loving it.

I want to write a little bit about my current situation with Theresa. I’m not sure where to start so I’ll just start typing.

She has really started to notice that I’m “acting strange.” She told me she is not the only one who noticed and that she is “concerned.” I don’t know exactly what I should make of that but it’s about damn time she noticed. I will not put myself through a friendship that has all the components of a real relationship except the good ones. I’ve been down that road way too many times. This time it’s going to be different. This time, I actually know what I’m doing. This time, I’m ready.

Update: Later that night we started texting a little bit. I think I’m really starting to get a feel for what I must do in order to be viewed as boyfriend material and not just a good friend.

During the early stages of our friendship, we became very close, very quickly. I made all those mistakes that get you slammed in the friends box, etc. We did end up establishing the fact that we were “best friends” but I’ve been avoiding that label and she hasn’t brought it up in a while, either.

Anyway, while we were texting she randomly brought up how she used to never talk or smile when she was little. I replied that “I could not believe it seeing as how present day she never shuts up. JJKKK” (haha) She then proceeded to tell me how mean I am to her. (again, haha) I then replied, “haha. you should see me when I’m low”(glucose). Her entire demeanor for the rest of the night changed into more of a flirtatious one after that. I was rather proud of myself seeing as how as of late I’d been somewhat avoiding her and not really responding to her texts. (but that’s what has to be done to kind of undo all the AFC behavior I previously displayed) I’m confident to say that if we were to meet up right this second, I’d be very much able to flirt it up and break right through the FZ.

Been texting Theresa again. I swear I’m getting pretty damn good at this. I’ve been reading David DeAngelo’s Double Your Dating and applying what I can. Chapter 4 is mint. Probably one of the best decisions of my life was coming here which has lead me to the liberation of my game. And I’m only just getting started. I feel like a brand new person. I am the prize.

But dude you shouldn’t just reside with text game… I find myself very good at it after 2years..

Yet it’s a different talk in reality where as strangers become just friends first, on phone instant sympathies.

Thank you! :slight_smile: Yeah, I see what you’re saying, but unfortunately at the moment our schedules don’t quite line up. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Before I started making these changes we used to text aaaaall the time. And I would hardcore AFC… smh. But now you could say quality over quantity and I’m definitely noticing some change. I look at it as stacking the deck for when I see her next. :wink:

I imagine that I won’t see Theresa til after Thankgiving, but I’ll definitely see her by next tuesday. I’ll be sporting my IS and Ammo and I will for sure absorb it all and report back.

I’m debating on whether or not to whip out some instant shine today. I have some relatives coming to town for Thanksgiving and although I still have yet to sweet spot test, I can’t see my sweet spot being only 1 spray. It’d have to be at least 2, right? Riiiiight? :cool:

I’ll mull over it some more. I’m home alone at the moment anyway so I’ve got time.

Half hour later…

I caved…haha. :o It just smells soooo good. It’s like an instant bubbly mood. Sigh. I honestly don’t think I really needed them today due to my cloud 9 effect from my newfound self confidence, but I did it anyway. What the hay.

*It should also be noted that I’ve applied Axe Essence directly to my arm pits. Although I don’t mind so much the scent of fresh pit, I’m not so sure everybody around me would feel the same.

So today, as usual, Theresa texts me mid afternoon. While I was still an AFC, we had planned to watch a horror film called Insidious with some of our friends, right? :stuck_out_tongue: Well, today it came up and the conversation went like this:

Me:
Now that I think about it, I don’t want to watch it with you anymore.
*Note that I always always stress it’s a me and you type thing, never we or us. I like to think it makes a difference even if only on a subconscious level. It’s also worth mentioning that she has started to mirror this in her texts.

Her:
Why not?! :frowning: sniff
*expected response

Me:
Because I decided that I just cannot be held responsible for tears and nightmares. No bueno.
*It’s been an ongoing tease of mine that she gets “scared easily” ever since she told me. haha

So the conversation went on like this for awhile. I eventually told her, (after very much pause for extra effect,) that I was kidding the whole time. She replied with “I am soooo confused” and that I “sure have a way with messing with her mind.”

On a summarizing note, I do consider this a success. Although it feels like it was a risky play and a couple weeks ago I woulda been scared shitless of hurting her feelings or something, this is exactly what David DeAngelo talks about in Double Your Dating. It doesn’t make sense to us (males) - it’s not supposed to. But it works. And that’s all that matters in the end.

11/24/11 Thanksgiving Day!
Pheremones used: IS, Ammo

What a looooooong day… Family gathering for Thanksgiving with the addition of 2 Chinese exchange students (boys) and 1 Taiwanese exchange student (girl). Very interesting to meet people from other countries. I’m very pleased I got to meet them.

Anyway, I’m gonna try and write down the important stuff and be quick about it before I fall asleep at my keyboard.

I wake up and immediately hop in the shower. Same routine past 2 days. 1s IS to the wrists and dabbed on jawline, 1s IS to the neck. I can’t say I really noticed anything out of the ordinary and I’m sure that’s because it’s third day in a row I’ve worn IS. Tomorrow will definitely be an off day.

Later on in the evening we decided we were going to go out shopping for Black Friday. As this Taiwanese girl was fairly attractive, I decided, “hey I’ll spray on a spray of Ammo (wrists),” without really thinking about it. I don’t think it did anything for me except draw a negative comment from my 9 yr old female cousin. :roll_eyes:

But whatever. There was some definite IoI from the Taiwanese girl throughout the day but I’m not sure if it can even be attributed to mones. I made her laugh quite a few times and every time she’d look down and play with her hair. Rather cute.

ANYWAY… There’s my journal entry for today. My Thanksgiving was great and I hope everyone else out there had a pleasant day too.

**PS. I’m still killing it with Theresa. :cool:

Pheromones used: IS x1 ToGo

So I woke up this morning for Church, and knowing I’d see Theresa I put on, not 2, but 3 sprays of IS. 2 to wrists and 1 to right side of neck. I think I just might have rubbed my wrists together a little too much because the scent was very weak even though I put on 2 sprays. Rather disappointed.

But the day was not lost! I was able to apply more things from Double Your Dating and it’s working great. Her attitude towards me is really migrating away from the FZ. I’m no longer her emotional tampon or an ugly girlfriend.

Next time I see her I will incorporate some Ammo. I would have worn some today but I felt like it was risky to wear to Church. :roll_eyes:

I didn’t feel them so much today because I was already in a fairly good mood but the first time I wore IS… I felt like I was the freaking man. Which, I am, of course, but you get it. :cool:

Inception

So after a looong day of some pretty harsh teasing, (I don’t know how she was able to deal with it so well haha), and after COMPLETELY erasing all of my past AFC scars with ONE text, I got Theresa to say she loves me.

I was teasing her and teasing her all night via text, and at the very end, out of nowhere, I say “Ohhhhhh i love you ;”
*Notice that smiley has no mouth. That’s the mystery smiley I kind of invented. It comes in handy. I feel as if it adds a sense of mystery that can really add the perfect touch to certain texts.

She replied saying “Haha that’s really random.. But i love you too!!”

And I did not reply. Ever seen the movie Inception? Think of it like that. I’ve now planted this idea in her mind that should now start to eat at her. “Do I really love him? Of course I love him. But just as a friend. Or do I? How did he mean it?” Get it?

Pheromones used: AMMO x1 ToGo

So today I had a basketball game. Knowing that I’d get to be around Theresa for a couple hours before, I sprayed on 2 sprays of Ammo. I did not get any blatant hits from Theresa or anybody else, but I did notice more subtle effects.

First of all, ALL the girls around me were listening to every word I said. I’d be talking to one girl, and then this other girl 5 ft away would chime in asking “Wait, what’s the blablabla?” This did seem to make Theresa a little bit jealous even if she didn’t realize it herself. I’d be talking to one of her teammates named Bridget, (Theresa is on the Varsity Girls Basketball Team), and then Theresa would pop up next to me and squeeze herself in between Bridget and myself.
*A side note: I really like playing the whole indifferent game. I get to be serious and make cracks and whatnot, all the while very much enjoying Theresa’s company.

I may have OD’d with this one girl, though. But I’m not positive. I was standing next to her and she almost looked intimidated by my presence when she typically is very friendly with me. She warmed up to me once I started talking to her though. I guess it coulda been anything.

Self effects: I felt extremely confident as soon as I walked into the gym. Is Ammo even known to have this effect? Perhaps that was all me.

It should also be noted that I have tried a little kino. Subtle touches on the arm, etc. For example, I’m cursed with bad circulation in my hands and my hands turn ice cold even though it may not be that cold out. So I kind of used that as a “feel how cold my hand is touch” kinda thing. And I did it more then once.

Theresa also kept bumping my foot with hers, on accident (or so she made it seem), and whenever she did I would step on her foot. We kinda went back and forth with that.

On a final note: I WAS THE DEFINITION OF ALPHA TONIGHT. My 16 year old male cousin has this thing with Theresa’s 17 year old female cousin, and he acts about as beta as it gets. I basically shat on him right in front of his lady friend while she tried not to laugh. She knew exactly what was going on. Best part: he was clueless.

I’ve got another basketball game tomorrow which I’ll again see Theresa. I’m totally looking forward to it.

Since I feel like I have a good understanding of the individual effects of IS and Ammo, I figured it’s time to try combining them. Gonna hop in the shower and then update.

2 sprays of Ammo, 1 to each side of neck & 2 sprays IS shared between wrists.

I leave in about 50mins. Plenty of time for the mones to “settle in” but not too long to where the start to fade.

Ok so quick update while it’s fresh on my mind even though I’d like to just head straight to sleep.

So like said, I wore 2s ammo and 2s IS. Well, right before warmups, I sprayed on one more spray of ammo to my neck. Holy crap. It brought something fierce outta me. I played more aggressive than I ever have, and I even got a technical foul. (Spiking the ball after ref made awful call on me :roll_eyes:) I think I’ll have to experiment more with Ammo + Basketball.

As for things with Theresa, I don’t quite know where things are right now. During her game, I sat with one of my older female friends (she’s 19) named Michele, and we were talking and laughing, etc.* I wanna say Theresa noticed because during my game she sat with her equivalent to my Michele. And she was laughing and carrying on with him. Not positive if that was on purpose, or what. But whatever, I don’t want to over analyze. I’m over that AFC shit.
*Quick side note, the Ammo + IS really seemed to bring something out of Michele. Holy crap she would NOT stop talking on and on about her job + school and she kept touching me on the shoulder. And she’s not single. lol

Final note: not a LOT to report, except that I feel like I may have to re-tune my strategies with Theresa and then the Ammo + Basketball bit. But I’m headed to bed. I’m beat.
