OK, then at 23/29, I would certainly suggest the IH/P74 combo - Standard IH is fine but you may want to consider the 2x version. For P74, Suggest you start with a 7.5-10mcg concentration but keep you cumulative dose below 30mcg. Above that is where it can get just too “best friendly”
At 23, she is maybe on the young side for A314 but a small amount could be useful for underlining the mix with all the right qualities. When the type /b spray comes back into stock, maybe try that as it is a viable test-run for the oil, which is best, most subtle, longest lasting and economic in use.
