The lack of longevity and the hassle of re-application

I’ve said it before and now I’m saying it again: AD is missing out on sales by not having more oil base products. Some Ammo-like creation and some social one would be a good start.

One other option for the socials, which tend to wear off quickly especially in hot conditions, would be the stealth technology. I don’t like carrying a to go for re-application but my biggest qualm is that I feel awkward coming out of the restroom suddenly smelling of fresh neroli. The scent fades fairly quickly but I don’t want to sit in the shitter for 15 minutes to feel assured it’s gone. With the stealth system one could go around any corner and take a couple of sprays without getting called out on a sudden improvement of smell.

Just a thought. IMO the socials need it far more than the none stuff in UF and UF2 since the socials are what usually call for re-application on the go.

Yes - I’m hoping the stealth diffusion will sort this too, esp after the promising results reported with TAA - It looks like IS in stealth could last as long as any other mix - Which would sort a lot of the hassle for topups with me.

However, I’ve never found topping-up that much of a problem and TBH, if you are doing it right, subjects don’t usually seem to even notice it as they have become so focused on your phero-enhanced personality instead. And I’ve often found topup-time a good way of transitioning from a more social to a much more sexual mix.

Saying that, I do like oils for their other, more slowburn/subtle properties and they way they sit more convincingly with your personality - even though it is molecule-heavy and there are some good competitive alternatives, I would also love to see more of the AD range in oil.

I feel exactly the same after reapplication in the bathroom. I usually walk around for couple of mins before going back to the people. But still I am so self-aware if anyone would notice my scent

I like the subtlety of oils too. Had a few funny moments out with friends where girls out of nowhere have completely surrounded our table when I’ve been wearing the alcohol based stuff like Ammo with P83 and such. My buddies looked dumbfounded not having a clue what the hell just happened while I of course know the exact reason.

While this is fun occasionally it doesn’t feel casual to me. I like the smoothness of the oils better. It suits my personality, it feels natural.

Exactly. And while mobo is right that a target can be so charmed and under the mone spell that she won’t notice, it’s a different story when there is no target. If I’m sitting with a couple of friends waiting for a target, you can safely bet that they will notice a sudden smell of citrus at the table.

There are pro’s and cons to both methods.

That being said AD has always specialized in the hard hitting type of reactions. Hence the “instant” line of products. This is there goal. So while they may be missing an opportunity they are focusing on there goal.

Sure it would be convenient to just go with the flow and throw mediocre products out there quick like a lot of the new companies but the goal here is more focused toward noticeable fast hitting instant results.

Unquestionably.

AD have dabbled with oils before IIRC - There had been a none-based oil tested around the time I arrived and I’ve seen reference to a TAA-oil some time before that.

And the A314 special editions from last year certainly offered some interesting variations on that product - one at least could easily have become complementary product in the range.

Yes they have.

I have quite a few oil formulas from AD they tried out over the years.

Of course A314, Dirty, TAA and a few others. I still have TAA oil and Dirty but they dont pack the same punch as the sprays really. There is a lot to be said for the subtle vibe but at least for me I enjoy the straight forwardness of the AD alcohol based products.

The oils do take more time effort and money to produce if your looking to make a quality product. It would be nice to have more choices but I think in the comnpanies current state right now its not feasable.

Many oil bases have been around for years and are not mediocre, albeit somewhat outdated by now. Both new and old companies have a wide variety in both oil and alcohol base.

I was only making a suggestion. I’ve found alternatives at other vendor’s sites, they aren’t new, nor are the products and at least some aren’t mediocre but great. I’m just hoping for something in that vein from AD, since I see promise in their current offerings. There’s promise that they could be superior.

Also application time and spots place a big difference and environment. Its best to apply mones right after you shower and your pores are more open and you will hold the scent better. Also try a lotion or cream to keep the area moisturerized , and you will notice a difference in longevity and also try scent matching.

I apply mones after I’ve showered but also dried properly as the mones would otherwise be washed away by water residue. I doubt that the pores are open anymore at that point and I’m not sure it would be good if they were, but I apply when I’m clean because bacteria on the skin could cause a bad reaction.
The lotion thing helps, as has been mentioned earlier in the thread.

Which socials from AD do you own?
For me, the scent of IS last the shortest; whereas IH and IO lasts for about couple hours longer. I don’t know if the mone is still there on my skin after the scent fades though.

I only have IO and IH left. I had a bottle of IS in double strength but I didn’t get much out of it. Never understood the rave about that product.
I also have P74 which can be labeled as a social and P91 which I’m unsure about. Haven’t used it much yet.

All these last somewhat OK. They’re OK for daytime use and one can shower and re-apply if going out at night and it lasts some 4 to 5, maybe up to 6 hours. In the summer it frequently happens that I go out in the afternoon and don’t come back home until the next morning and that’s when I’d like stuff that lasts longer.

Besides, I don’t see myself buying any socials but some putatives from AD with the current prices. $119 for IO or IH, not gonna happen. The only products I’ve seen on the market at that price promise excellent longevity and a wider range of effects and have gotten great reviews. Still, not even for those am I prepared to fork out that kind of cash. A314 is the only thing so far I think is worth paying over $100 for.

Yes, the mones are usually active for some time after the scent fades, although this also depends on environment, temp, sweat and other factors too.

Yes, IS is shorter acting than other pheros - I find around three hours, compared to around six for other instants.
