I am a 27 male living in New York City, recently became a assistant manager of a retail store in the city. Been having trouble dealing with customers, speaking wise. reading your post i can recommend you A314 (spray version) + Shine.
IO is not a bad choice, but personally i will go with the A314 + shine combo.

i second idle. Also, i can see instant gentleman working in a positive manner. Even though its experimental i have noticed some chattiness with p107 (will be doing a journal on that today or tomorrow).
