The other day, i was feeling like an ubermensch, i kept taking MACASURE pills all day long. A normal dose is a small spoon once a day… i take it at the evening cause it lets me sleep better… and it will support recreation whilst sleeping…
I usually mix it with one big spoon full of chocolate proteine powder … and half a liter of milk…
A double dose is an extra shake at the morning but instead of the proteine powder i take nesquick…
i took powder maca powder cause it´s the same stuff like in the pills and it´s much more cheaper…
