Too "Quick" in the sack?

Haha thats funny. I googled it as well.

Anyways i can personally attest to SSRI’s making one last longer in bed and also that 5-htp (increased serotonin) can cause it to be too quick. I take 10mg of lexapro a day.

It has been stated that anxiety is a large factor in sexual stamina. Even though your husband and yourself may be VERY comfortable with each other, maybe he has some anxiety about whether he is pleasing you or not, conscious or unconscious.

I dated/slept with the same girl for 2 years and i last less with her than other girls for the simple fact that i genuinely care for her (what she thinks of me) and i don’t care for them. After taking lexapro i noticed that i don’t even think about how long i’m going to last i just focus on the moment and it lasts as long as it needs too.

Maybe an SSRI like lexapro would be good for him? I am in counceling for drug abuse and my counceler recommened lexapro. It is non addictive and it is only effective if taken over a period of time (can’t pop 3 of them and get high kind of thing). Hope this sheds light on the situation.

Wildflower, have you looked into any books on how to last longer in the sac? I remember seeing some when googling books about sex. I remember reading in a book that one should be able to masterbate without lubrication for about 30 min. Once that level of control is attained then he should move up to lubrication and practice untill 30 min or more can be attained. Its a large commitment and your lover(s) should be there to assist you.

Wildflower,
Read the books I recommended in post #7. It’s definitely what you’re looking for.

Also good:

Jewel In The Lotus: The Tantric Path to Higher Consciousness
by Sunyata Saraswati & Bodhi Avinasha

Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy by Mantak Chia

OK, I know this thread has been dead for quite some time but I have been doing some experiments, product testing, reading, training, etc.

I experimented with the different none posted here with minimal effect. :frowning:

Then I pickup up the book mentioned in post #7. I have had good luck with the training and techniques as posted in there, definitely a must have for the “quick” guys out there.

I also gave up the habit of random masturbation, the theory being. "if you can get yourself off without a partner, and nothing but a dry hand, where the object is to blow as quick as you can. Then how the hell are you supposed to last LONGER when you have a beautiful woman wrapped around your body with all her nones impacting you. Not to mention the warm soft feel that is the female vagina.

Well then seeing as I WAS about 4.5" I decided that maybe some “enhancement” products were in order. I was skeptical so I ordered small. I purchased a box (1 month) of extagen. It got some of the best reviews I could find. Well after the first box I noticed another increase in stamina (one time was about 45 minutes then I had to “work” to get to the big O. She was tired beyond all belief and her muscles were SORE after countless orgasms (she would stack them up 3-4 a minute sometimes). Other times I would “peak” her (read the book to know what I am talking aobut) from 6 to 7 to 9 to 9.5 and let her plateau for a short bit before 10 when it was one after another that lasted for ever. OK, enough about that night. That has only happened one time and I keep trying things to get back to that performance level.

Anyways, I ordered another box and had good results. I remasured in the middle of that box and found I was about 5.25" and a bit thicker. Wooho. Extagen actually worked for me like advertised. However i then lost my job and couldn’t afford any more. Last week however I was searching e-bay and found them on there too. So I ordered a 6 month supply (just a hair over what I paid for 2 months) and started taking it again this week.

Hope this helps some of you in the same boat as me. and lets keep this thread alive this time.

Spending money on all that crap is pretty stupid. Kegel exercises is all you need to do.

Kegels are good, but that doesn’t help with size issues. And also some of the techniques in the book are good to experiment with and there are solo and partner exercises in the book. some of them can be quite fun.

I’m glad it’s been worthwhile for ya.
