Strippers are people, too, and, of course, they are affected by pheromones. How much the dancers are “hardened pros” depends a great deal on the club, the location and the girl.
I suspect you would have better luck with either A314 or Ammo/TUTH than with IG, but that depends largely on your personality.
Do a search on “strip club”. A lot has already been written on this topic. I think strip clubs are a great place to test out new pheromones.
I don’t have a lot of experience with either strip clubs or IG, but from what I have seen, I second the statement that IG would be my last choice.
Strippers tend to be very practical-minded and they usually are either all about money whatever the situation, or they have learned to compartmentalize themselves in such a way that guys they meet at work have little to no chance of becoming more than guys they meet at work. Also, the strippers I have talked to outside of work have demonstrated a distinct lack of respect for the guys they meet at strip clubs because they essentially are displaying the ultimate submission: they are essentially paying her to tease and manipulate them.
IG seems like a softer, gentler guy to me. If you want to get anywhere with a stripper, you need her to respect you, especially if you meet her where she works. Or, of course you could just arouse her beyond her capacity to say no… but I would imagine IG would be a signature that was favored by daddy’s girls and cougars, not the types I would necessarily expect to meet in a strip club.
Strip clubs are a place where women are paid to put their “anti slut defense” aside, so you get a better picture of how they are reacting to your pheromones, attitude, clothes and so forth. You do need to have a solid grasp of what passes for normal at the club, in order to have a meaningful standard for comparison.
Strip clubs are a place to go to drink and have fun, not so much to meet someone you’d want to date. Sure, you know what she looks like before you buy her dinner, but almost every story I’ve ever heard about serious relationships with strippers ends with the man realizing what a completely chaotic nightmare his life would be if he stayed with the woman. Strippers have a reputation for being unstable. Damn shame! 
There are books written on how to date a stripper. One of the common themes is that you don’t act like an ordinary customer. You pretty much ignore the performers. After all, you’ve seen plenty of naked women before. Haven’t you? You befriend the bartender or bouncer and through him get introduced to the dancer you’re interested in… Apparently, if you have high quality friends like bouncers and bartenders, you must be okay.
Neither the game nor the prize much appeals to me in most such scenarios.

Most strippers I’ve known were single mothers with drug issues before they got into the biz. Not a lot of choices for employment for someone with mouths to feed, drug habits, and few job skills, so stripping pulls in a lot of cash if you’re good at the craft. It’s also common for them to model (erotic), hustle drinks as a bar hostess (read: hand-jobs & BJs) and work escort services. Not too many “innocents” enter the trade and get damaged in the process. They were already in the right state of mind.

you wouldn’t need any mones in strip clubs. I know a few that dated them. One dude was a some sergeant in the army. I did go to many strip clubs various times when I was a bit younger, like 21 or 22, and did whatever I wanted. I too was doing ROTC and all the army crap back then, and you know how young, single military guys party Girls would tell me no touching , kissing or whatever; but I would kiss their breasts, rub their a$$es, etc… however, a lot of them didn’t bother say anything to me, like back off

There are some clubs where the base price is a hundred for at least three lappies, with the girls letting you negotiate for extra lappies. Perhaps the right mixes would convince them to let you tack a couple of extra lappies on.

It also helps to have good weed and toot. You can lure them out after work (they usually party harder than you). That is, if you’re tough enough to stay out all night.
