Want to start on my Androstenone journey

Hey all. If you guys been following me, you know that for the past few months I’ve been messing around with mostly socially-acceptable mixes, consisting of CTTM2, IG, P83, and NO androstenone. But lately I’ve been tempted to try adding some -none in my daily mixes, but I have a problem. I know how -none really sticks to your skin and it’s hard to get rid of, but at the same time I do not want to scrub the crap out of my skin everyday. My skin is already sensitive and I don’t want to be anymore harsh on it. Is there any way I can get rid of the -none without all the harm to my skin?

I take showers everyday and don’t seem to have a problem with them sticking. I also apply the Vaseline for Men lotion after every shower. I’m like you, my skin is very sensitive and dry all the time. But I have yet to use the Witch Hazel wipes. I am going to try those soon. But I am sure an application with the wipes and some lotion after would be fine.

shouldn’t be a problem. i use a shower poof (the marshmallow looking thing, not to be confused with the rock hard sponge loofah) and dial body wash every day. nothing sticks, no prolonged od. since i’m still a bit sensitive to -none i have to apply where it can’t really affect me, and sometimes it goes in my hair. one or two shampoos and that’s gone as well.

start with some -none mixes and keep a log while going about your normal shower routine. if you start to see signs of od, then switch to more vigilant cleaning techniques.

I’ve seen a number of people recommend Hydrogen Peroxide. I personally just scrub the crap out of my skin lol. Probably not the best way, but it works for me.

I know people don’t like the smell of Witch Hazel, but that’s what I use. It’s VERY gentle on your skin and helps to remove -none after or before a shower. It even helps with inflamed skin and skin irritations, it’s natures gentle cleanser which also helps to cleanse oily skin without over drying.

Once a week I take a Epsom salt bath (2-3 cups), not only is it relaxing but also an excellent way to cleanse the skin.

That’s interesting LaPew, I have never taken a salt bath but I would like to try one. I usually just shower with Dial Magnetism which has some A1 in it and is has been very relaxing for me. I am 17 and have an O blood type so I produce a lot of -none and I have never had any problems with taking the -none off. I believe that a shower is all you need to wash the -none off.

Pheromone buildup wasn’t an issue in a OD sense.
I’m a O blood type as well* and started using epsom salt solely for the relaxing properties (especially after a long workout).
The bonus of renewed pheromone effectiveness only became apparent after use. I bathe after showering for added cleanliness.

*(older then 17 though)

I have never had problems with pheromone build up either. I just have never tried bath salt and it sounds relaxing. I am a little afraid of the salt not mixing in the water properly and having to pee it out lol I have had bad experiences with certain bath and shower additives

Although a minute amount of it does probably enter the system via the pores in your skin, in my experience it doesn’t have any noticeable effect.
Epsom is a mineral salt and has been used in some form or another for thousands of years. In smaller doses it shouldn’t dry out the skin, is claimed by some to be good for it, and is nearly odorless.
The worst that’ll happen if you accidentally ingest a larger amount (aka drink it) is you’ll have to go to the bathroom, seeing as on the package it says ‘can be used as a laxative’.

An effect that will be noticeable is a fair amount perspiration transpires a minute or two after exiting the bath, my guess is that it opens the pores facilitating pheromone removal.

lol wow you sure know a lot about bath salt, I am going to have to try it out

Just curious, as my friends can attest, I can bore almost anyone with small amounts of knowledge on a broad range of subjects.

I am young and also an O blood type. I always wondered if I have a high -none production. Can it be so high to the point where I am ghosting naturally? Maybe that explains why I’ve been ghosted all my life. Or maybe it’s still just the look of my face… Lol…

That is what i’m using right now and i tell you i’m never switching back to any other product.
It does have that smell but it will die of in 5-10 minutes if you’re dabbing it on one of those cotton makeup remover pads.
When i used to come back from a -none filled evening and crash immediately or take a quick shower, i could still smell the -nones in the morning, especially on my pillow or quilt casing.
So now when i get back, just dab some of it, scrub gently, wait till it dries down and go to sleep. No morning after “stink”
And on a more girly note, it does have that nice clean skin effect as well! removes all deep and unseen dirt and grease from cheeks and forehead

Indeed! Got to take care of the skin too!

this is a question I can’t ignore. I have thought this for a long time because I know I have a family history of manwhore assholes (dads side) and studs that get a lot of girls (mom’s side) and I should be a mix of both sides, I am 17 years old, my parents both have an O blood type, and I am an O blood type. I do look at myself as a ghost, before pheromones, people have been advoiding eye contact with me, they have always been intiminated and advoiding me. This is probably why social pheromones work so well for me. I don’t know if this is actually happening because of natural OD or if I am just too socially inept. I thought our bodies would be able to level out our natural pheromone levels so we won’t OD.
