well duh!!! u want hits? hang around drunk girls

certain types of alcohol get them more worked up, so find out which one that is and keep the drinks coming until she rips your clothes off.

if she says, vodka makes me sleepy then obviously no vodka drinks unless you want her to leave you alone.

Marc, check the Court of Appeal decision in R -v- Bree [2007].

Although his conviction was quashed on appeal, he served 5 months of a 5 year sentence and was only successful because, to quote HHJ Judge ‘However, where the complainant has voluntarily consumed even substantial quantities of alcohol, but nevertheless remains capable of choosing whether or not to have intercourse, and in drink agrees to do so, this would not be rape’

The key wording was ‘remains capable’ When I was a copper, we used to see women every night who couldn’t remember their names (incapable) and, now that I work in criminal defence, we have two files open at the moment with guys who have been arrested and charged with rape on that basis. Counsel is not hopeful of succesful defence given that neither young lady could stand (in one case, she couldn’t even stand 4 hours later)
Anyway, to get back to the point, if anyone wants to risk it, be my guest, I certainly wouldn’t. If I was that desparate that I would want to have sex with an incapable woman, I’d rather masturbate thankyou.

In my experience, it’s much easier for a woman to get a man in trouble (here in America) than it is for a man to get a woman in trouble. A woman can accuse with no reason but revenge and destroy a man for life, even if he is found to be innocent by the facts. A man, making the same exact accusations, will be laughed at. It’s like this to the point that if a couple has an argument, and she throws knives at HIM - all she has to say when the cops show up is that he attacked her (true or not) or he threw the knives - and he will at BEST be looking at accusations of “abuser” and “rapist” for the rest of his life. That’s why I am single atm… the ex was getting violent, and I couldn’t return the favor, so instead of become the abused, I left.

I have seen a lot of my male friends screwed over crap like this. It doesn’t matter who did what, it matter’s who is female and what she chooses to accuse him of. Society and the “news” take care of assuming the rest.

I agree with the OP a little, but rather than meeting women at the bar, I prefer to use social pheromones day-to-day, get her on a date and grab some drinks. Meeting random women at bars/clubs just isn’t my thing any more. It’s too much trouble for the reasons mentioned. Taking a girl you already know a little to loosen up and get drinks is a better idea. And I don’t mean getting drunk either. Just 1 drink is enough to loosen up. Getting drunk is stupid and a waste of time/health/life anyway.

Wow guys, i guess this brings up issues of societal norms and what is socially and politically correct behaviour depending on the cultural environment u live in. Here in Australia, alcohol is so engrained in our culture that sadly it appears quite accepted and normal to get completely inebriated on a saturday night. The consequences appear to be regular alcohol fuelled violence almost every weekend on Sydneys streets and drink driving issues.

Binge drinking is a problem in Australian youth and our drinking culture is so inter-twined with everyday socialising that it seems to be more relaxed in regards to sexual consent or lack thereof. For example, if you r at a pub on a sunday arvo. its is cultural norm to buy each other rounds. Guys will look at you funny if u DONT drink - it can be a peer pressure thing. It is just part of the social norms here to 'have a few beers after work", or even go get “wasted” on a saturday night and go “pick up chicks”, and the girls r drinking hoping to meet guys, and peoples attitudes towards hook-ups when people are drunk seem to be more relaxed than in America. There r many Irish pub-style meat markets too, and literally everyone in the pub is “off there face” on booze and consentually “hooking up” with each other. I guess we just dont look at this issue as seriously as in America.

So this is the culture i’m used to. There’s pubs on every corner and women can be quite reserved socially until they’ve had a few beers to “loosen the tongue” so to speak…Of course the social stigma associated with drinking varies per culture and its interesting to see the differences in attitudes between countries like Australia and America. So in France, it would be a commonly accepted part of socialising to have a few glasses of red wine over dinner on a daily basis, in Muslim countries, of course the social stigmas and laws re: drinking would obviously be different.

Yes i agree with Smoothplayer above. So what is the environment where the alcohol consumption took place? is it a random girl whose drinking in a bar, whereby the ethics and morality have to be analysed more carefully,…or u r out on a date, u met the girl before and attraction has been established, and u r sharing a few bottles of wine in a restaurant to facilitate the comfort and seduction and pheromone effectiveness.

Ya, you guys are lucky, you didn’t have the Pilgrims!

IMO, I don’t feel that it’s as much of an issue of morality/ethics as it is an issue of legality. At least, that’s the part that scares most of us guys, not the part about being immoral.

Wine, women and song.

It worked for me last night!
