At Last (My Love Has Come Along) - Etta James
Current events have lead me to listen to this one a few times:
Rockin Halestorm this morning. Saw them live a while ago at a place called RamsHead, was very impressed.
Never heard of them. What type of music?

(edit) and thun… YouTube - The Devil Wears Prada - Louder Than Thunder (Unofficial Music Video)
music is powerful. It can make you feel all sorts of emotions. I prefer uplifting/dramatic/powerful sounding but these songs are to demonstrate a more lulling effect.
currently learning this song by ear. The timings are frustratingly difficult!
(ultra dramatic!!!)
I hear them calling,
the damned are calling
from this hell on Earth.
Their voices flooding my ears,
I hear them calling,
their voices flooding my ears
from this hell on Earth.
I sit back watching above.
Sacrifice would mean relief from these times.
We all hold the power to trust
and have faith in ourselves.
But just like a coward we flee from our hearts.
Now is the time to believe in yourself.
Have no fear how others think of you or will judge you,
because your greatness will silence them all.
Unbreakable.
Now is the time, to believe.
Now is the time to believe in yourself.
Now is the time (together).
Now is the time to believe.
Unbreakable.
Now is the time (together).
Now is the time to believe.
Immortal.
I sit back watching above.
Sacrifice would mean relief..
Feeling the anger…
.
