I was being a bit of a romantic with those lyrics, which were a loose translation of the chorus line of that song… Broken hearts aren’t so easily fixed!!! And it’s YOU who will need to mend it, not someone else!!!
Another person will NOT do that for you… you need to love yourself the way you are, including the flaws and the pain to get through it. Then, you’re able to love others completely by loving them entirely, including their flaws as well…
