Girls - Father Son Holy Ghost
I’m normally not into indie junk but after a few repeated listens I can’t get enough of this album. Lots of throwbacks to retro rock while still remaining fresh. I see a lot of potential in this band.
They been playing them a lot on Sirius alt nation. Me likes them too
Killer Queen - Queen
I absolutely love this.
Rawhide!
“Movin’, movin’, movin’, though they’re disapprovin’, keep them dogies movin’…”
Gil Favor (Eric Fleming), Rowdy Yates (Clint Eastwood) and Wishbone (Paul Reingard)!
EEEEYYHAAAAAA!

George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic -Stomp
I used to have my avatar as me and George chilling drunk as skunks in El Lay
The inimitable Dick Dale. I don’t know who’s more fun to watch, DD or the blond!

Very cool. I saw him at Memphis in May several years ago in either 2008 or '09, probably one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. They played for hours, it was amazing.
If you’re lookin’ for Da Funk… SteveO’s got it!

Memphis in Mud? You do know I live in Memphis? Well in Tipton County on the border of Shelby. Are you from this area?
I grew up in Florida, so when people ask that’s where I say I’m from. But I’ve relocated and am in Nashville, now.
I’ll be in Nashville the Wed/Thurs before Memphis in Mud this year. Keep your eyes open
I’ll be keeping my eyes peeled, Steve! Maybe we’ll be able to detect one another by our hovering phero clouds.
