well.. im 20 years old, 5’9, dark hair, dark eyes, white skin (i get tanned really fast), i practise brazilian jiu jitsu and i work out for like 2 years…
im shy with giirls.. im definitely NOT self confident n i didnt have many girls in my life.. cuz i dont really flirt or anythin..
i wanna find some mones.. to help me to make girls crazy when theyre near me or just start a conversation with me. you guys could tell what mones and effects on ppl… i really would apreciate it =D

A314 is supposly the best for confidence, add some IO and maybe IH as well. That mis should give the the boost you need and make some females easier to attract and more attracted to you. I would try TUTH when you are alone or in a club and whatnot.
