what's in the mix ?

I know that you can’t just give away your industrial secrets which must have cost you years of R&D, but since every of your molecules has a codename (P74,P79,…) and thus can not be copied, couldn’t you tell us what’s in the mixes ?
It would help us understand how each of these pheromones work, the whole community could help perfect the mixes and/or adapt them to our own body chemistry. I’m thinking about Tater’s world domination project

I’m thinking the reason is if they told us that and the ratios, we could probably manufacture our own. To be honest, I’d rather get all the components individually, and go nuts on the testing myself.

That said, I think they have revealed some of the componenets of a few of the MX series on the forums. Other members can tell you more about that.

As far as I know the main reason for not telling the ingredients is that you are relatively unbiased when testing… On the other hand, knowing the ingredients would make it much easier to choose a mx product.

It’s also for testing purposes. You don’t tell a subject what Guess molecule #951 will do, you get them gauge resulting reactions from using it.

Advanced products are only for testing. They were never ment to be sold as the consumer products are. We are supposed to get one bottle, test it, give feedback and move on to the next. Alot of people love some of the advanced products and hey I understand there is quite a few that I also love but I would like to see them go into the consumer section soon.

P79 is one molecule its not a mix of pheromones. Its name is P79 because Androtics discovered it. When it was released they were not even sure it was a pheromone as with all the other putatives. So to tell you a chemical name in this instance would not help you.

The experimones are proven single pheromones in raw form.

Test mixes are mixes of proven pheromones and sometimes putatives that are balanced by the lab. They are for testing and if they tell you whats in them then anyone will know the mix and it will harm the testing process. The ones that we do know some of the pheromones in them are closer to becoming consumer products.

As Jasmin mentioned in her update post (link at bottom ) the two sections of the store will soon be seperated so that new people will have to gain experience before they can order these. That dosnt mean hurry up and order more before then she knows who has experience and who dosnt. Plus it will take you a really long time to get them even if you do.

Realize this is not to discourage people from buying. Its so that the lab can get products out into the consumer section that are proven and reliable and available faster.

Tisha

Yes tisha, I understand putatives and experimones are single molecules and I’m not asking for their chemical name (which must be an industrial secret).

when I ask “what’s in the mix?” i’m not talking only about the mx products but also about the regular ones (instant line, etc…).

I’m only a newbie to pheros but I’m very interested in it and want to start making my own mixes. Not that Androtics main products are not awesome, but I like to test and create. But I’m kinda messed up with these LOTS of putatives and experimones. Knowing what’s in the mixes would help us understand how each of these molecules work.

And yes Rattlesnake I agree with you, we could manufacture it on our own it they told us, nut we would still buy their molecules individually and they could make it cost the same price.

And so would Androtics competitors, except they would get there molocules elsewhere and copy the same formula they use here. For this reason we will probably will never know exactly whats in them and just how much. BUT… For the consumers products there is a thread that will tell you basically whats in there so you can get idea at least without giving it all away. Other than this its a Trade secret.

What you need to do then is test each putative alone. Determine what it does and at what dose. Is it sexual social ect and then slowly mix it with a main stream mone and gage your results.

To give you the formula for a already balanced tested product would only serve to copy it not to explore new mixes.
