I’m thinking of buying my first bottle of pheromone, so I wondered which one is the strongest (biggest concentration of pheromone/andosterone or whatever it is called)? Which one has the most in your face effect? And please don’t tell me that I should start with this or that one

Well that really depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Do you want something relaxing, alpha, beta, pure sexual?
I will say that you should post more about yourself in the intro forum in order to get the GC.
Straight-up, the strongest consumer phero is Instant Jerk.
However, if you are looking for an attraction phero/mix to use with girls around your stated age, you really do need to be doing some basic reading-up here. Because IJ is not entirely an attraction product and it will repel at least as many as it attracts, probably much more at your age as younger women tend to respond well to a smaller amount of Androstenone - Hit them with too much and you appear aggressive, creepy or way too horny or you may get lucky with their mothers or grandmothers - Women whose maturity has likely attuned them to a much stronger none signature. There are the odd exceptions of course. Oh and did I mention it can precipitate fights?
And if you really mean Androsterone, well that’s the “daddy” phero - again, use too much of that and you can be seen as too serious, daunting/standoffish and only out for an LTR. Which may not be what you want either.
Like it or not, pheros need to work alongside your personality/body language etc to spark a whole range of feelings in order to create full-on attraction and we do have them all here to use if you stop and think for a minute! 
Pherlure! Absolutely the strongest rip-off product you can get. You can even have them strong-arm your money out of the bank every month too. You will strongly disapprove of it and feel very strongly about being ripped off. At 18 you should go with heavy none and then spray multiple times. When that doesn’t work and you you realize you can ask the community and seek guidance instead of believing you know it all, then ask. Until then I highly recommend Pherlure!

Ok thanks for your answer. Im 18 and trying to pick up girls of my age, and im not really looking for a long term relationship. You say that instant jerk could have the most powerful effect? what about Turn up the heat?
TUTH contains 2.5mcg of none per spray, about a fifth of the none of IJ, so there are a lot less of the negative issues but it is still a very overt sexual phero that can be offputting in some situations.
In a club/party or other sexually charged environment where inhibitions are lowered, TUTH can be very effective with girls round your age. Esp if you moderate it with something fun/feelgood like Instant Shine &/or IO.
A lot of guys your age wear it on their chest, under a light shirt/t-shirt in order to slow its diffusion a bit, which also helps.
This is not one to wear to class/work though, unless very well moderated (IO again) as it more or less says - fuck me NOW!
Look at Ammo, or Ammo/IS for something you can wear in a more all round situation, same amount of none but balanced with equal amounts of nol and rone to give a much more social/sexy/masculine vibe. But do keep some TUTH on hand for when things start to escallate. 
The reason those scam companies claim “highest concentrate available” is to trick you into buying it. People tend to have the “more is better” mentality More is not better with pheromones and it can even work against you.
You go to high in concentration and you will get the opposite of desired effect (OD Effect) What happens then is you get ghosted. People avoid and ignore you or they become cranky and combative. Especially where anone is concerned.
Your 18 so you already make lots of anone naturally. Its easier for you to have the OD effect then the older guys.
Whether your not looking for a long term relationship or you are it doesn’t matter. If a girl doesn’t feel connected, comfortable and secure with you no amount of anone (arousal) will make a difference. Women are emotion driven and men are instinct driven. Lead with socials (IO, IH or Ishine) that cause them to feel all those feelings of connection and comfort and wear a little TUTH under it to arouse. Then you will get somewhere.
Ammo is another good choice for everyday wear because its already buffered with some socials.

You seem to have already gotten some good advice, but I’m just going to say that if you’re having doubts on if mones work, get IJ. You will no longer have any doubt about whether this is just snake oil or the real deal. For attraction, I’d get AMMO. TUTH, even though it has the same amount of Androstenone, is much more in-your-face sexual. For regular day-to-day wear at school/university/work/etc AMMO is much more suitable.
Ouch, that was harsh but I agree. I have this myself and did the 2 bottles + 1 free and it did nothing for me. I think it was this experience that I stopped using pheros for years until I found AD.
