I mean, is it steveo and jasmin sitting in a garage together mixing pheros, or what? Pheros are pretty expensive, what procedure do they go through? Who makes them? Is there an androtics staff oh scientists and wahtnot that we never see on the forums?

Snort, No Jasmin ans SteveO are not sitting in a garage in LA whipping up pheromones. 
MHarris is the Pheromaster, he comes up with formulations.
Jasmin is the Pheroqueen, she runs the show and is multi talanted, she can do what needs to be done or delegate someone else to do it.
SteveO is the CS rep and sales associate.
April formulates, gets your orders together and writes those cute little notes.
They have other behind the scene employees that ship and get other tasks done as well. Just like in any other business the behind the scenes employees are not all known to us by name.
Oh and I forgot to mention they have a Lab/warehouse from what I understand. I think they have an office in BH but I am not sure if its on the same site as the lab or not.

If they have a need for someone who can simulate the diffusion of pheromone molecules from human skin depending on where it’s applied on the body, weather conditions etc, I am their guy!
