at this moment who is head of sales at androtics? because i know jasmin’s situation, and how the store doesnt have phone right now..
i just have a couple questions, and want to know who to ask

Jasmin is the head honcho. You are going to want to wait a little bit to ask questions on your order. Right now, I think they are working on their backlog of orders, with only a skeleton crew.
You can ask questions about pheromones here in the forum and there are lots of sub-head honchos here who can help you with recommendations on choices and usage. SteveO is in charge of the forum at present, but he doesn’t handle customer service. And there are several veterans who can make recommendations for you.
As to the details of your particular order (like shipping etc), we all have to wait a little while longer. I am waiting too; I have ordered from Androtics before and I know this is not their normal level of service. I also know that I like the products so much, it will be worth the wait.

o yeah its not about the products i have used them before, its about shipping so i guess i will wait lol… your right to a point, its worth it..
i ordered for my friend and i, this is what i got for myself
1 normal size bottle of Ammo
1 normal size bottle of Instant Shine
1 To-Go Bottle of Instant Female Magic
and 1 Empty To-Go bottle
so im pretty pumped with getting it, just shipping here has been very frustrating for me, i dont know why lol…
first time i ordered i didnt receive my stuff for over a month so i called, and jasmin just re-shipped it by DHL for only the cost of shipping which was nice and that took 4 days lol..
and now its happening again, i ordered over $100.00 worth of stuff so i got free shipping, but now its been a month again, 
. The customer service of this company is amazing, just i recommend not shipping with anything but DHL .
as someone who loves the phero’s as much as the next person, im sure you can understand why its frustrating sometimes lol i haven’t had them for over a month o well…
P.S. if anyone thinks im complaining about the company, how about read, and dont blow out of proportion lol. im not bashing Androtics, im Bashing the US postal Service. lol.

LOL Just teasing I am not mad. We do stink but its not our fault its congress. They wont let us do anything good. Seriously. The postal service uses commercial airlines to ship its mail all over the country. Problem is we cant ship liquids anymore on flights so we have to now haul them by truck which takes alot longer. Congress wont let us get out own fleet of planes.
Read Jasmins update so your up on whats going on. Your order shouldn’t take as long as mine is gonna because you have all consumer products. Hang in there.
