The place where you are losing me is when you say ALL alphas stay away from prostitutes. It isn’t impossible for me to grasp that SOME men or even MOST don’t consider it. It seems impossible for you to grasp that SOME alphas might consider it in some circumstances.
The laws here in Canada are pretty good. The stance here is what consenting adults do behind closed doors is none of the government’s business. Street walkers and their johns are fair game for police.
yah…i got lost on that as well…i work with an all male workforce in a warehouse…all the guys that have visited prosittutes are alpha males…so the whole thing about alpha males not visiting prostitutes seemed like either they were putting on a show to keep up appearances, or they were so closed minded that they haven’t considered extreme circumstances like what if they got into a wreck and got hideously deformed? words like “never” and “always” and “all” scream out low levels of thought to me.

I think it might have something to do with the fact that a guy can be himself with a prostitute. He isn’t worried about the impression he is making. He doesn’t have to ‘care’ about her feelings. There is no game being played, everything is out in the open, without gamble of rejection, set price, no illusion. The level of expectations are less, so he can feel like a king - regardless of outcome.

I only got halfway through the thread but here are my thoughts why men see prostitutes:
I do not think it is that complicated it is pretty simple:

guy just not in the mood to try to find a date and play the game and just horny and needs a quick fix and has money, and does not want to go through the whole take me out to dinner and get involved with a relationship, and just spend one hour and have some mind blowing sex
This whole alpha/beta i don’t think applies at all..because if you look at the people who frequent prostitutes you will find all sorts of men, from upper class politicians, to presidents, to CEO’s and everyone else.
Prostitution is the oldest profession and you know if they made it legal they can tax the heck out of it and maybe help us out of the recession and stop wasting police and our courts on it.
I always found it funny…that a man and woman are allowed to have sex, and if there is a camera there and they are making a porno and getting paid for it is is legal, but if a man wants to hire a prostitute it is illegal, only difference is the camera

I’d like to point out that not all men like prostitutes. I personally have no interest in seeing a prostitute and to me, it almost feels like admitting defeat that you couldnt get it without paying for it!

Can we see where this is all going ? Obviously the Sex Worker industry is going to gain ground, with more levels, up to something like rent-a-wife or neo-Geishae..
