Will it do as the title says and make people talk to me?
I’ve tried it around a close friend (girl), and we were in a situation where there was tension between us. I used it, and it worked pretty well. Another guy friend was with me, he didn’t know about mones, he told me it seemed like she was forced to talk lol.
As far as other people, yes it does help, you may have to act according to that as well but it will definitely help. Try 2 sprays of it 
Ooh I love CTTM! It really helps create smoother conversation. It also seems to attract guys too for some reason. I’m not sure why, but I’ve received some pretty great hits with the guys while wearing this one. But yeah I recommend it for sure! I keep it with me at all times
It won’t make someone talk whom isn’t interested in talking. But if they got words on the tip of their tongue, they’ll roll off more easily–usually too easily. The main problem is to get them to shut the hell up.
Whenever I’m going to a party or anywhere I’ll be meeting new people, I wear 1-2 sprays. I find it makes both me and others more talkative and less shy. It’s a good social lubricant. Compare: everyone in the room has already had two drinks and is in that “buzzed and friendly” zone.
Interesting that someone mentioned they felt “forced to talk”. I get that self-effect when I use Instant Openness, a sensation of being obliged to talk.
Ditto on the IO self effect. It’s like I just have to get words out. CTTM2 is similar but less hurried I find.
