There is this new girl @ work who will be working alongside me for the summer before she goes back to Europe.
She came to the country with a male friend and they live in the same apartment, she never said explicitly that this is her boyfriend, but she did talk about wanting to rent a van and go to vegas with him (while they both will stay in the car, which seems absurd to me especially considering its Vegas not burning man, but maybe this is how people do it in Spain) I’m still Iffy about the nature of their relationship.
Anyways she is pretty and has a great personality. So I’d like to be at least be friends with her, and if circumstances permits maybe even more than that.
Seems she doesn’t really know anyone besides me and this “friend” she lives with, since its only been a week since she got off the plane, but experiences suggest that for a beautiful girl like that, this won’t last long.
I’ve been able to hang out with her socially during lunch time, and it seems so far we are on good terms, but how do I approach this if I’m interested in knowing her in more than a professional setting? Keep in mind I’m still not sure how her friend comes into play, although right now she basically spend her day with me and the evening with him.
Here is my arsenal: Ammo, IS, IG, IH, A314, TUTH, and IJ.
Any suggestions on combos that would help go from hang out during lunch to hanging out on Friday and weekends, and how should I act in congruence with these signatures?

Now to actually address your question. I would try IG and TuTH together and in fairly heavy doses. My rationale being twofold
First, Europeans tend to be more sexually liberated and less puritanical than Americans, so she may respond better to TuTH than American women of the same age.
Secondly…at the risk of offending. But Europeans don’t shower as often as Americans, so she’s probably accustomed to higher Mone signatures in general.
You might try Ammo instead of TuTH for work use, just don’t use as much because it’s cologne strength and the conscious smell may be a bit much.
I did notice Ammo has stronger smell than the others, although after about half an hour of exposure to my sweat (its hot and I walk for about 10 minutes to get to the lab), it turns into a different smell (musky but not necessarily bad, at least not to me). After an hour the smell is unnoticeable to me.
So how do I know if its working if I can’t smell it? If I spend 8 hours there would I ever need to refresh the mones?
Seems like that in most cases, but this girl seems rather put off when she asked me how do Americans dance in the clubs and I told her guys come from behind and try to grind on you (pretty accurate from what I’ve seen in the clubs around here)
Not offending but just not quite true. Most people I know, from various countries in Europe, shower daily. I do have a friend that just puts on a new T-shirt when he goes from the workshop to a bar or club, but he’s pretty much an outcast. I’ve tried to tell him that a long, hot shower may be be good for him instead of just washing his hands and splashing water into his pits after a full day of labor but he doesn’t see the point.
There’s pheromones for ya and they do not work in his favor, I can tell you that. I have seen.
What the… I don’t even… Where did you get this from? Honestly, I am not at all offended because I don’t really give a **** but I am curious as to what your source or reason for believing this is.
Well I spent two months one summer with a family in Spain along with the rest of my Spanish class…they were as shocked by my need to shower daily as I was by their showering every two to three days. All of my classmates had a similar experience with the families they stayed with.
My stepfather is from France and he confirms that the average Frenchman showers twice…sometimes three times a week, though he also states that people who work in jobs that have them in frequent contact with Americans shower daily so as not to offend.
One of my aunts did a tour of most of Western Europe and she said most people smelled pretty bad (to her) and that in her opinion the Germans smelled the worst.
Now I’m sure people will have all kinds of examples to the contrary about this or that European person they know or met. I don’t know that that’s an accurate indicator because I’m sure that if we assume I’m right, that a European spending any significant length of time in the states would at least temporarily adopt similar bathing habits just for social acceptance and to avoid negative comments. I actually worked with a guy…German I think, who smelled pretty bad to me when he first started but within a couple of weeks the smell disappeared.
Note that I’m not saying Europeans are unlean or unsanitary…only that they don’t shower as often as Americans do. Which may not even be a bad thing. A lot of studies suggest that American bathing/showering habits are actually making us so clean that without even minor bacteria for our bodies to attack that our immune systems are getting weaker. There’s also the issue of excessive showering washing away our natural pheromones.
In either case, my knowledge is based on cumulative personal and anecdotal experiences.
But if you google the question do europeans shower less? or similar searches like european bathing habits etc. You should get enough hits to see it’s pretty widely held perception.
Having dated a few European women, I must say they were amused I showered twice daily and brushed after every meal. And I did have difficulty going down on them as I was used to squeaky clean East Asian women.
I lived in Germany for a few years and yeah they showered every other day. Wicked women didn’t even think there was anything wrong with that. When I lived in the Caribbean they showered pretty much daily.
