My starter kit is ordered and I will be tracking my experimentation and success with it here.
My goal is to ignite my friendship with a good friend and co-worker and find out if the added help of pheromones can assist in making this girl mine. I will have plenty of opportunities alone with her in the coming weeks. I plan to get started the day my kit arrives.
Any suggestions, help, or advice is welcome.

Best advice I have is to start slow and with one product at a time. Use 1 spray at a time and work your way up.

Jdub, thank you for the advice. As anxious as I am to try all of the products, I have already started tempering my excitement. I will absolutely try one at a time and one spray at a time.
Personally, I suggest you start with the social products: IShine… IO.. IH; then maybe the status products: IG… A314…; then the flirting products: Ammo… MX297. Keep sexuals like TUTH in case of need and learn to use other mones to get you there (lol). To add to what Jdub has already said, make sure you pay attention to the self-effects you observe on yourself and to the effects generated onto others. Take notes. This will be important when you’ll move on to perform mixes later on. And when you eventually get there, start with two-components mixes first.
Assuming that my kit arrives on Tuesday afternoon, my first opportunity to use it will be later on Tuesday night. My friend, I’ll refer to her as “R” for the remainder of this journal, and I have plans to study together all week. She’s reached out to me twice about joining me to study. I’m encouraged by that. She seems to desire my company. As I stated in my introduction thread, there was an obvious attraction when we first began working together. I do believe that I will be able to open things up with the help of pheromones. Here’s hoping the kit does arrive on Tuesday. I’m anxious to see if I get a response from “R” this week.

I posted in your intro thread a plan to start with. I suggested Ammo to start but like Conjurator mentions you could start with the IShine.
With her bring younger she will be more tuned into a social signature with a small amount of attraction. So start low on the Ammo for sure 1 spray and work up from there. With you being 34 and her 21 your sweet spot with the Ammo should be somewhere between 1-3 sprays, but of course this will require testing to dial it in.

“R” and I have plans to study together again this weekend. She joined me for two nights last week and reached out to me yesterday to tell me that she wanted to join me again and to let her know when I would be at the cafe where we work. We study there after hours, so we have the whole place to ourselves, completely free of distraction. The mood is always fun. We’ll grab dinner and bring it over and we spend a great deal of time talking and laughing.
I agree with starting out with more social-like products. Personally, if it were me, I’d start out with IH or ammo. Depending on what I’m going for. If I want her to feel attracted to me I’d try 1 spray ammo. If I wanted her to feel close and personal, I’d use 1 spray IH.
Most likely though, considering you’re studying together, I’d lean more towards IH. So that I can find out close personal things about her and let her reveal to me any intentions she might have with me.
My kit didn’t arrive yesterday. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas. I’m hopeful that it will arrive today.
In the mean time, I’ve spent a good deal of time reading the forum. One thing that stood out to me was a conversation on p83 and p86, more specifically the p86 because of it’s “crushing” effect. Because my intentions were to build on already existing interest, wherever the level for her may be at this point, I’m curious what Ammo and p86 would do for my situation.
As a reminder, I liken my success with girls as having the ability to pitch 8 scoreless innings, but can’t win the game in the 9th. That’s why I’m here. I felt that I needed a game booster for the 9th and I am most definitely 3 outs away with this girl.
I would really like to build on already existing attraction. There’s already trust and a strong level of comfort between us. Last night we spent more time talking and laughing than actually studying, so I’m not sure that the more social pheromones are necessary. I want this girl to leave every night and be dying to see me again the next. So I’ve become curious about p86 and whether it is better for my individual situation than Instant Shine.
According to your last post, my thoughts would be to use Ammo.
I cannot touch on p86 because I’ve never used it.
P83 has been praised around here but my experience with it was not all it’s cracked up to be, perhaps it didn’t match my natural phero signature well.
P96 is some true crushing, but seeing as you’re still waiting on the starter kit, I wouldn’t want you to rush in and buy an ‘experimental’ putative that isn’t backed by a money back guarantee, because you’re still fairly new.
I have P86 and have not really tested it much so I have no idea on that one yet.
I would use what you have once it arrives and go from here and Ammo would be a good bet as your main pheromone.

Tomorrow night I will be with “R” in a group setting. This will be my first opportunity to experiment with pheromones. Our study sessions were put on a temporary hold due to an ill-timed school break.
I am certain I’ll find myself vying for attention tomorrow night. There will be plenty of people, though mostly females, and lots of drinks.
What kind of environment will the group setting be in? What I would do is if your target is R then try the Ammo as this one is hard to mess up really unless you just go crazy with the dose. Somewhere in the area of 2 sprays should be perfect. Ammo is very balanced and has pheromones to help open people up to you also and should help with approachability all on its own.
I will be watching to see what happens and if you ever need anything at all remember you are not alone and have the support here.
My first experiment took place in a relaxed bar setting. Ammo was my pheromone of choice per overwhelming suggestion here and I would call it a success, though not in the way that I had hoped. I did not receive any attention from “R” that was out of the ordinary from what I already receive from her, but I was prepared for her to be spreading her attention around the very large group that we were with since it was her birthday.
I did, however, receive a great deal of attention from her very attractive friend for most of the night. This friend, who I would rate as an 8 or 9, sat directly across from me for several hours and talked my ear off and gave little attention to anyone else there. I knew and worked with this friend previously and her behavior was so out of left field that I believe I can reasonably conclude that it was in response to the Ammo. One other girl there noticed how locked in she was on me all night. At one point during the conversation, I noticed that her pupils were dilated. Before she left, she gave me a hug (again, out of character), which she had never previously done in the time that I have known her, and told me how excited she was to see me and to keep in touch with her.
I would say that I used a spray and a half. I only got about a half spray after a few dry pumps with the new vile and applied a second one later after realizing that I probably did not have enough from the first. For a first experiment, I would call this a success.
I would capitalize on this success from the other woman and when you see her again ask for her number as you never know where things will go! Especially if it is R’s good friend she may give you some insight to her who knows it is worth a try. My thinking on this is either it will make R a little jealous and she might start taking a new interest in you or you never know maybe this new woman might be a good one to see where things go with.
So if I am reading this right are you saying 1.5 sprays of Ammo total for your dose? I would repeat this same dose and if you get 2 full sprays I think this would be ok to.
Yes, 1.5 sprays of Ammo. I had a few dry pumps with the new vile before getting about half of a spray. With it being my first time using it, I did not want to risk another. After dinner, I decided that a second spray was nessecary. For my next experiment, I will probably do one and work back up to two, just to know if one gets any hits.
The friend that was so locked in on me the other night is engaged. While it did cross my mind that I could have escalated things rather easily had I wanted, I would never have with her because of her engagement. Still, it was really fun to watch her behavior. I really can’t wait to experiment more. This is a lot of fun.
I tried out IShine 2x today at work. Similar to my first experiment with Ammo, I had a few dry pumps with the new vile before it produced a spray. I only used the single spray. It wasn’t long before I noticed some effects on myself. I was laughing and enjoying work a little more. One of the girls was particularly playful with me, though I cannot entirely contribute this to the IShine as she has been this way for quite some time here recently. She even helped with my work at the end of the day and seemed genuinely happy to be helping. I have not felt well recently and it may have been obvious to her, which prompted her to help, or it may have been the IShine.
Today may not have been the best day to experiment because I have been feeling so lousy lately, but I have been eager to try each pheromone individually. If nothing else, it did seem to make the first part of my day a little easier.
Oh ok I understand her being engaged. I hope you do test the Ammo again and report when using around R. I would actually test the Ammo a few more times around her and then try using the IShine with it and see where things go. The IShine would really help the Ammo out and bring even more out of it. Maybe try the 2 sprays of Ammo twice to see what you think then maybe add 1 spray of IShine to the Ammo after this and see what you get. A very easy basic mix and was one of my first I have ever made and what I still like to this day s when I need a very basic simple setup that I know I can’t mess up this is it.
