Then I eat 2 very large slices of organic kamut rye bread.
Some other things from the following list:

Goji Berry: For nearly 2,000 years, this fire-red berry has been a staple in Tibetan medicine. Goji’s diverse nutrient profile includes antioxidants and phytonutrients, linoleic acid, polysaccharides, 18 amino acids, vitamins A, E , C and B, and 21 trace minerals!

Mangosteen: The Mangosteen’s rind and white inner fruit are rich in some of the most powerful antioxidants ever discovered. Among them are Xanthones–highly bioactive polyphenols that have been shown to possess remarkable antioxidant properties.

Acai**:** Acai berries are high in anthocyanins, a powerful class of flavonoids with well established free radical fighting abilities. One serving can contain as much as 33 times the antioxidant content as a glass of red wine!

Pomegranate: Ancient Egyptians called it the “Fruit of Immortality.” Today, we know it as one of the most effective antioxidants known. Pomegranate has been shown in numerous studies to support healthy cardiovascular and optimal cellular function.

Noni: With a nutrient profile that includes anthraquinones, organic acids, polysaccharides, vitamins and minerals, the fruit from Morinda citribolia has been consumed throughout the ages to boost stamina and promote good health.

Wheatgrass: Wheatgrass is seventy- percent chlorophyll. Chlorophyll’s high enzyme content give it the label “live food” that helps neutralize toxins in the body, purify the liver, improve blood sugar problems, and improves digestion. In short, you can never have enough Wheatgrass to improve your health.

Chlorella: Chlorella is one-celled green algae that reproduces at a rapid rate. Chlorella contains 55 to 67 percent protein, one to four percent chlorophyll, nine to eighteen percent dietary fiber and large amounts of minerals and vitamins. The protein of Chlorella contains all of the essential amino acids required for the nutrition of animals and humans.

Chlorella’s health benefits are far-reaching, from helping lowering blood pressure to helping prevent atherosclerosis and helping decrease tumor activity. Chlorella’s benefit to the skin comes in its ability to detoxify the body, not allowing the skin to use any impurities in the body as new skin cells are produced. Chlorella’s fibrous material has been proven to actually bind with heavy metals and pesticides like PCBs that can accumulate in our bodies.

Spirulina: Spirulina is a single-celled fresh water algae and an incredible source of nutrients. It provides massive amounts of Beta-Carotene, Vitamin B-12, Iron and Chlorophyll. Spirulina also provides RNA, DNA and important GLA fatty acids.

Garlic: Studies by competent multi-degreed scientists have shown beyond any reasonable doubt that consuming garlic lowers blood pressure, lowers LDL Cholesterol, reduce atherosclerotic buildup, regulates blood sugar, prevents blood clots from forming, prevents cancer, reduces the size of certain tumors, removes heavy metals such as lead and mercury, is a potent natural antibiotic, has anti-fungal and anti-viral properties, dramatically reduces yeast infections, has anti-oxidant properties and is a source of selenium and has many other benefits. **Maca :**Maca’s reputation as a powerful strength and stamina enhancer as well as libido-enhancing food-herb stretches back into prehistory. Maca, like goji berries and ginseng, is a powerful adaptogen, which means it has the ability to balance and stabilize the body’s systems (cardiovascular system, nervous system, musculature, lymphatic system, etc.). As an adaptogen, maca can provide more energy if it is needed, but if it is not, it will not overstimulate. Adaptogens also boost immunity and increase the body’s overall vitality by 10-15% according to most studies. Rather than addressing a specific symptom, adaptogens are used to improve the overall adaptability of the whole body to diverse and challenging situations and stress.

During the height of the Incan Empire, legend has it that Incan warriors would consume maca before entering into battle. This would make them fiercely strong. But after conquering a city the Incan soldiers were prohibited from using maca, to protect the women from excessive sexual impulses.

I also eat Organic baked beans.

And finally, the only animal product: organic, plain, pro biotic enriched, full fat yogurt, unpasteurized.

careful with too much use of maca. I found at least for myself, if i use it regularly it starts tweaking blood calcium levels. I don’t know if that’s from parathyroid stimulation or what. I’m not sure how, and to be honest, i haven’t had time to fully research. But it’s somethign to keep in mind.

it’s like ginseng, you don’t want to use it all the time. just in nice therapeautic doses.

It doesn’t directly change calcium levels, it heals your glandular system, it’s actually your body that increases blood calcium to the levels nature intended. BTW, it does a lot more than that, it boosts my libido 10 fold. Humans have been eating this for thousands of years, pregnant women have been eating maca everyday of their pregnancy and during their whole lives. These women give birth to extremely strong babies. Anyways, the inventor of this supplement took this everyday for 15 years and is one of the healthiest males in western Canada, also, i am from the same genetic background as he is, same blood type. I get the same effects as he does, it makes me feel like a million bucks.

I won’t overdose, don’t worry .

What do you guys think of my morning meal?

(BTW, it takes me 6 minutes to eat, make, and put glass and plate in dish washer. The massive boost of energy probably saves me 4 hours during the day in lost time because without it i would feel tired.)

yeah - no trust me - it actually can increase your blood calcium levels too much, creating a false state of hypercalcemia. I got the blood tests to prove it.

that’s not to say i don’t like it - i do - i actually supp with it, as part of my pre-clubbing cocktail. it’s nice with a little ephedra. I just don’t take it in any sort of regular dose.

Too much work. I have some Special K and 1% milk and I’m good to go. Hell, when I was your age, it was Cap’n Crunch and milk, lol.

hell i have straight oats, with some dried apple and a little local honey to help with pollen season.

Thomas, your breakfast sounds very efficient and it’s great you’re eating breakfast. No real opinion about its contents but if works for you, then great.

Your libido enhancement program intrigues me, Thomas. I’ve never known an 18-year-old who wanted to increase his libido until now. Barring medication side effects, depression and the like, every teenage male I’ve known or heard of has had libido in spades. I mean, libido is great, an expression of life force … but do you really want to be hornier than you already are, and doesn’t it distract you from all the other stuff you’re trying to accomplish?

Seems interesting. Do you have to order it from a certain website? Or can you find it in the health food section of your local grocier?

All local, I’m tired of ordering. Vega can be found in 2000 stores around Canada. The Vega craze is just starting in the USA. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE Vega. All day, while eating Vega, i feel as if i’m watching star wars, star trek, reading a book on edestin, getting 100% on an exam, having sex, drinking goji berries, scoring a goal, riding in a Hummer H6, finding a gold bar with 500000 x 100$ bills, yhea, thats how good Vega makes me feel. The 4.66$CAD per portion is a small price to pay for the effects.

Must be nice living somewhere where you can get this stuff. I have one “health food” store in town and every time I ask about stuff Thomas mentions I get blank looks… “oh we don’t have that…” Even drove to one place a good 40 minutes away that was supposed to be “well stocked” and zip… (they were listed on the product websites as being a seller). And forget about the regular grocery stores… Wall to wall Sugar Pops…

At least I am able to find whole grain wheat bread. That’s at least a start.
<sigh>
