Oh one more thing, how do I check on my shipment? I went on DHL.com, and put in the tracking number I got in my email, but the site says the number doesn’t exist 
The forum is great, everyone gets on well and respects others, and tries to help out.
It might take a while for DHL to stick the number into their online track service.
The real time chat room idea has been tried, and I think some unintended drama resulted. Either way, I don’t think it works out that well as most people just visit the forum quickly and post.
I dunno, just what happened last time. These forums work for me.
I think it could work if we started again. Quite a few forums have chat rooms that seem to work. Some people could gain extra knowledge on pheromones in a matter of seconds. Maybe there should be chat hours or a chat admin.
If there were to be a chat room, there would definitely have to be an op in the room. Honestly, I see it more used for quick questions, as you said. For which purpose, there are plenty of FAQs and guides on this forum.
Clearly the number of basic questions on the main forum shows how few people actually use the stickies..
ok i agree with you phya. The stickies to provide a great deal of the answers. That is also true that people will be looking for the answers already given in the forums. Maybe only thing i would recommend to the site is a better search setting. Mant times I have wanted to find something and ended up going thread by thread to find what i was looking for. The search gives a general word result. But other than that the site is awesome and is doing great. Everyone is friendly and willing to help.
A chat room is an interesting idea, however the problem that sometimes happens with chat rooms is that people stop making threads and using the forum so much. The difference with this site is that people would still post experiences and polls so I’m guessing forum use won’t go down significantly. All in all I think a chatroom would be great.
As far as DHL goes, well what I’ve seen is that you’ll generally recieve the products before they update the site lol, so most likely your product is on it’s way.
I think there was a concern with the previous unofficial chat room that since the communication was virtually instantaneous anyone could say anything and there was no way in which to guarantee that the information dispensed was valid.
I have a feeling that it might be too much for the current moderators of this board to be online 24/7 to ensure that everything in the chat room is on the up and up. So something tells me we’re not going to see an official Androtics chat room anytime soon…

At this time there is not and will not be a live chat room associated to Pherotalk. There are a few reasons which both myself and SteveO have covered before.
First…
There is no available employee to monitor the chat room. They would require a employee who is a expert in pheromone use and with the use of all there products. Without that person to monitor misinformation can be given to new people costing both them and Androtics money. Here in the forum mistakes can be corrected.
Secondly
Androtics, SteveO and myself work very hard to keep this forum clean and active. I am sure that most of you have been members of forums that have little or no activity. Well they are no fun and have little useful info. Opening a chat room can effect the traffic in the forum.
Thirdly…
This forum is mainly for research and development of new products and molecules. They need the information posted here in the forum for research purposes. They need it easily available to them when they need it. Once you learn the search function you can virtually fine anything. Having a chat room would eliminate alot of reporting information about molecules could be missed.
Now if you want to chat with your friends that you make here live that is fine. Its none of our business. However, You can not associate the name Androtics, Smartmones, Pherotalk, and any product names to your chatroom.
You can not recruit members for your chat room from this forum. This is considered traffic stealing.
You can not post a link to it in a post, your signature or in a PM.
These offenses can lead to banning from the forum and sometimes the store.
If at sometime in the future Androtics decided to open a live chat run by them they will inform everyone on the forum but at this time its not likely to happen.

Yes i agreed & i would like to add a bit more, this forum is not just great but fantastic as it got good, friendly & helpful forum members be it those who are veteran or new to help anyone in need of help about pheros here 
And one special thing about this forum is also that forum members can communicate with each other like sharing each other views even you are from another country which is great I wanted to say that for a long time.
Anyway Lady Tisha is right on the chatroom topic & we got to follow the rules to give respect to the forum thus Androtics too I have to admit yes like my buddy Phya have said there is err some unintended drama that happened before due to this. So i understand why a chatroom about the forum is not possible unless Androtics decided to give the green light there.
You would lose a lot of people in a chat room. Me for one. First my typing is too slow and i take the time to try to correct the spelling. Second, most of the time i try to actually compose my writing so i have some idea where it’s going when i get started. No chat rooms for me.
The search function here is really basic. I’m sure that the site seach can be hooked into most of the commercial search engines logics. I would recommend Clusty Site Search Clusty is my homepage. Loads fast. Searchs fast. And it give you lots of ways to narrow the search. But any of a thousand other search engines would be an improvement. Anything except google!!! PLEEZE no google! Honestly, the search engine isn’t as bad as you might think. There are plenty of forums where it is much worse. The thing is that this search is very specific and will pull up anything that matches your search, it’s not context sensitive or anything like that.
I guess it sort of depends how you use the search engine and what you’re looking for. The same terms do pop up again and again, all over the place, so sometimes you will indeed have to look through many threads.
I didn’t mean to stir up any bad feelings, I’m just on here so much, and I want to learn more and more about these pheros, to me, a live chat would actually help bring out more questions and inquiries because conversations can go anywhere!
