Gee, why not put together a scent (old time 70’s) light vanilla musk oil. I have never met any one that did not like it. Toilet cleaner, bug spray … come on we can do better than that. I enjoy reading this thread … very interesting.
That doesn’t sound bad. I have to admit, I’ve been having fun reading others descriptions of the scents. I don’t know that I feel quite the same about them but that is what has made this so interesting. We all have such differing perceptions of what is a ‘good’ scent.
And that’s why I’d say it would be a mistake to choose just one scent that will be the future Ammo- (and probably the most used MX-) scent. Let people choose which one they use!
I have to agree with reddog - what I read on this thread doesn’t sound too good. Especially the comparisons with chemicals, floor cleaners etc sound very bad. And several people already commenting on them being too strong… I just hate being the perfume guy!
Today I am going to spend the entire day with FF21. It is the best of the bunch in my opinion. I have a lunch date in a little bit, and a date tonight at a comedy club followed by drinks. I will be wearing it over ICM oil at lunch, and FPP 2x at dinner. I will test for diffusion and see if I get any “sniff sniff” hits.
I reported my first impressions. I am going to spend some time with these, and give them all a fair shot while I am out and about. I am curious to see what the reactions are. Will Report Back!!!

Wore all three now and I’m thinking 21 is the way to go. followed by 20, and 22 way last. ( I think I hit 22 by accident in the poll, so Steve please make note of that in the poll rankings).
22 seems to have some feminine notes in it IMO.
20 isn’t too bad, and would also work, it seems the most masculine and would probably work as the best standalone if used without a cover.
21 my fav. Is fairly neutral and could be covered fairly easily, and hence gets my thumbs up.
FF22
I honestly couldn’t smell this one very much at all. Having said that, the women I asked about it could smell it but not very strongly. The wild thing is, as transparent as this cologne appears to be it seemed to have pretty strong diffusion. People were consistently grabbing a whiff at 10’ or so. I went to a party this afternoon and was asking people for their opinions and my girlfriend (she was pretty middle of the road on the smell) could smell it around 10’ away as did others. One woman I know (40+) liked the scent because it reminded her of a craft glue she uses

I don’t know how well this would cover the scent of pheros because it is so light a scent on its own but it did seem to diffuse very well so I could see it being beneficial for that. Definitely easy to cover as well.
Having spent a day with each of them my order of preference for the next Ammo I’d have to go with-
FF21 I love the scent and I think it could be covered by another scent fairly easily
FF20 I love the scent but I don’t think it could be covered they way people like
FF22 Couldn’t really smell it very strongly but it still seemed to diffuse well
In order of preference for what I personally liked-
FF20 I’d wear this by itself
FF21 A very close second (Also one I’d wear by itself)
FF22 Really couldn’t smell it much at all

FF20 seemed to evaporate pretty quickly. I commented on my friends perfume, and then mentioned I was wearing a cologne. +1:00h since application. We were outdoors and had previously been talking indoors for about an hour at varying distances. She couldn’t smell it until she leaned and smelled my neck at that moment. No comment on whether she liked it. Had worn two sprays, one on bottom of neck and one on wrists.
I think the humidity is starting to have an effect on the scent of the pheromones. A mix that would of been overwhelming in may/june feels just right in late september.

FF20 - Older gentlemen scent smells refined
FF21 - bit more soapy kind of a cross between irish spring and green irish tweed, younger scent for me I assume, I got a lot of sniffs from ladies
ff22 - yet to try
I wore FF20 @ 2/3/4 sprays and 4 sprays was maxing out on this scent.
I wore FF21 @ 3/4/5/6 sprays upped over 4 hours, 6 was EDP strength excellent silage and complements and looks while dancing, girls wanted to dance with me just based on the cologne, I am going to test this under some CTTM2 + Ammo and see what happens
FF22 - least favorite I maxed out on 3 sprays.
My vote for ammo goes to FF21, FF20 is very sophisticated, FF21 seems younger, FF22 is just a bit odd for me kind of bug spray ish
Just got mine today and I’m not 100% sure. I sprayed them on paper first and my initial impressions are:
FF20: flowery and powder.
FF21: Soapy
FF22: Bit too strong

My personal safe bet would be FF21 since it’s right in the middle. However, that’s just me. Even though my wife did prefer FF20 out of the three, but then kind of didn’t like its dry down so eh, can’t please anyone.
OK skin test FF20
As most of you are aware I don’t wear cologne very often and the only cologne I have ever received compliments on was Game scent. Perhaps it just mixed very well with my body chemistry. It was however my favorite and I am glad I was able to acquire the entire Instant line in Game scent.
I needed to pick up some fresh leaf lettuce from the store for my salad tonight. I wore FF20 two sprays to the wrist by itself. On skin its more subtle and sophisticated. Has a note of spice to it that I have not quite yet been able to place just yet. Sophisticated and complicated, something a distinguished gentleman might wear, but dries down nicely with a soft smooth finish. There also seems to be a citrus note perhaps bergamot orange, with very light hints of musk. I might be confusing musk for grist though.
I think this would be an excellent addition to A314 and IG.

B - checkout girl at Kroger (about 19 years old): Reminds her of her dad, when he goes off to work. Spicy note
J - barista at Buckystars (23 years old and I’ve messed around with): MMMM, I really like that. She was huffing my arm and wouldn’t give it back. It reminds me of a type of guy who would go to work with a suit and briefcase. This is a girl who complimented me on Game many times.
? - barista at Buckystars (19??): Never really got an opinion from her. She just sai she really liked the spice notes.
Perhaps a slight nutmeg although that would be strange since nutmeg works as an anti-bacterial. Maybe a clove.

I totally agree that FF20 would really be great with A314 or IG (I’d have a tough time parting with my Akuto IG to try something different, though).

Yeah, just like I mentioned it smells mature. Definitely high class-ish (like a type of cologne said guy would wear.) Doesn’t smell too bad, but not sure if younger guys would dig it or if it will be handled great by cologne sensitive people. I actually wish we could have both options of FF20 and FF21.
Nutmeg… how about adding cinnamon and brown sugar … pumpkin pie spice … really sounds good, I know it smells good… years ago I worked for Libby’s during the pumpkin pack … heavenly.
Nutmeg has incredible diffusive properties but the anti-bacterial properties most likely would hinder the required bacteriological breakdown of the molecules. I’ve used it though and over a very short period of time diffusion was incredible, but did notice a massive decrease in potency after shorter time periods.
Currently experimenting with some clove properties though myself.
I only just got mine today 
One thing for sure is FF20 lasts and lasts. Must be close to 8 hours and still smelling it. Not dizzying strong but clear and distinguished as if I just sprayed it.
