I was having a lil chat to the lovely Jasmin bout this but I want everyones opinion on this subject.
I was thinking, at the rate I use my Pheroproof, It’ll take me half a year to have used it 20 times before I’m “meant” to tweak it with the alpha androstenol and androstenone that was supplied with it.
This is because I only plan to use my pheros on weekends when i go clubbing/ partying etc. Maybe occasionally for just casual going out.
So instead I was wondering what is everyones opinion on putting in some of the alpha androstenol and androstenone that was supplied with pheroproof into my Acqua Di Gio? And if so how much so i mix in? Ive got a 100ml bottle , of which only about 10-15% max is used.
So i reckon I’ve got at least 85ml left.
Jasmin reckons that this spiked Acqua could be a good experiment, but I dont want it to be a failed experiment and also considering I still have so much of the Acqua left AND i like the smell of it haha…and my girls love it of course.
Oh no don’t dump the pheromones into your entire bottle of Acqua Di Gio just yet!
Since no technical data is specified for the androstenol and androstenone that comes with pheroproof, I’ll recommend this:
First, determine the best optimal dosage of pheromones that works for you. Usually 1-3 sprays, but can be much more or less.
Second, spray on enough Acqua Di Gio until the pheromones smell are covered, or until you think it begins to smell good.
Sometimes you may find later in the day, the smell of Acqua Di Gio fades and you can only smell the pheromones. Which means you’ll need more Acqua Di Gio. Keep notes on the ratio of pheromones to Acqua Di Gio you put on each day. Then from there, you can determine a good ratio to mix.
After that, mix that ratio in a small amount in another spray bottle - say 5ml in total - and see if that mixture works for you.
After some good experimentation, then commit your entire bottle of Aqua Di Gio.
I wouldn’t make large quantities of anything until you’re more sure of what you’re doing. You may end up wasting a lot of product. You can mix things on your skin. When you’ve got a mix you really love and your opinion on it doesn’t change for a few weeks, then mix up a bigger batch.
You don’t have to wait for 20 uses before experimenting. It probably is good to get a feel for what’s hapening first though. I didn’t. First use of PP I spiked it with so much -none that people were obviously avoiding me. It was an interesting experience and didn’t inhibit my learning about the products. Of course I knew what was happening. It would be easy for a new user who did that to incorrectly conclude “This stuff doesn’t work.”
well i just need a much clearer explanation of the description of androstenol and androstenone
my understanding so far is androstenol is more chatty friendly effects - eg I.shine?
and androstenone is that sex masculine symbol eg - TUTH?
The supplied bottles of -Androstenol 'n -none are probably too weak and will dilute your cologne too much. What you to use are highly concentrated “chemset” pheromones. Thus, only small amounts will be needed to “spike” your cologne and its scent will remind largely intact.
I have a large arsenal of chemset pheromones and mix them with half a dozen of my fav colognes. My old standbys are AE and Scent of Eros variations (often with A-1 added). With concentrated pheromones you can mix 5:1 pheromones to cologne and still have an effective mix with minimal alternation of the scent.
What they said. Do not dump the mones into the cologne. NEVER contaminate the “mother bottle” of either the cologne or the pheromones. First experiment and find the optimal dosing for the pheromones for you covering with your cologne. Experiment - try one spray for a few days, up it to two for a couple, then go to three. Once you have this down - what the different doses do for you, then you can try working out mix ratios in small “to go” sprizers. Most of us who mix mones with cologne do this. You can find a lot of info about both the “experiment” process and the “mix” process in this forum.
I highly recommend reading the stickies and then doing just a lot of general reading through the forum. You will pick up on a lot and be ahead of the game. You will also understand better what you are seeing and not seeing, and what you can realistically expect. You can figure out pretty quickly from reading who are the SMEs here.
I also think that Gegogi may be right about the supplied bottles not being very concentrated but that is more of a hunch as I have not tried PP yet though I intend to.

I normally do 2 sprays of acqua or watever cologne i use, 1 to top of chest and 1 to wrist, and rubbed with the other wrist
how many sprays of -nol and -none should i add?>
