Allergies due to fragrance

Hey guys,
I’m wondering what products I can use that are unscented. Almost any product with a fragrance that is strong gives me terrible allergies. I’ve been wearing A314, but I can only use one drop and it still gets me every once in a while.

So basically what I’m asking is; What products are unscented, or mildly scented? and what products could you compare them to in order to give me an idea of what they would do for me?

Thanks

Hi ctboarder,

I’m not saying that you aren’t correct in that you have allergies to the fragrance, but are you sure it’s the fragrance that is triggering the allergy and not what the phero’s are dissolved in?

What type of reaction is it you get? Rash, hayfever, asthma?
Do you get the reaction with oil and alcohol based products?
Do you normally react to perfumes and fragrances…e.g after shave, laundry detergents etc?

I think you can customise the consumer phero’s (check which ones in the store, there is a customising tab to click in the menu), but I’m not sure about the rest of them…

Also…if you get the phero’s without fragrance…how will you cover the scent? Some of them are pretty foul smelling…

Most AD products have some scent added to help diffusion. Of course you can pay extra and do a custom scent option of “no scent.” LS sells lots of unscented Products: SOE unscented, NPA, an unscented TE version, Chikara unscented and chemset mones. There are others but that’s all I can think of off the top of my head.

But, yeah, I know what you mean about A314. AD A314 fragrance gives me a rash on my neck, chest and forearms. Oddly I tried LS A314 (made by AD) and it contains a different EO and, amazingly, does not irritate my skin. MAy not help you but I’m pleased with it. Also it smells much better (spicy rather than hippie)

Xiphoid: Thanks, I’m not sure what it is that does it to me. I just get watery eyes, runny nose kinda thing. A lot of colognes do this to me. I still wear them, but in small amounts. Yes you’re right about covering the scent. I didn’t think about that.

Gegogi: What your saying seems like it’ll work for me. Where do I find LS A314? I looked on Lovescent.com if that’s what you mean. It looks exactly the same. Is it a diffrent mixture?

The LS A314 is an older version with a different scent package and a slightly different composition.
Some people prefer it, but it’s close enough to the same.

Consider getting a small “togo” bottle of a product you are interested in and testing out if the included scent bothers you.

I also suffer terrible allergies with many colognes. Which is a shame since there are several high end ones that I love but which don’t love me.

However, I have absolutely no problems with either Game Scent or Neroli. So far, none of the Androtics Direct products bother my allergies.

Worth risking a small amount of money to test if it’s the same with you, in my opinion.

I would definitely stick to the smaller bottles. Are you just experiencing this with A314 or other mone products ? A314 has a lot in it and it can be one of the mones effecting you as well.

If its the mone’s or carrier, covering the scent of getting unscented wont do much. Its not the smell that causes the watery eyes or the runny nose its your reaction to the molecule whether its the scent, carrier molecule or the mone molecule.

You can try different application methods and see if that helps. Try applying to the back of your body where you wont get the molecules wafting up towards your nose.

When ever I use a spray product, even perfume, I hold my breath until the mist settles. If I don’t I get a head rush and start sneezing. Sometimes my eyes will water as well. Be sure to try this out when using them.
