I just started looking in to pheromones. The information is amazing me.
I am a 40 something male. In person I am quiet type until I get to know you.
At work, I just started my first management type job. I am looking for some help to be successful in my new position.
At home I need to spice up my life a bit life. I have a couple of girls that I can’t seem to make it past the friends stage.
Any advice as where to start?

Would you mind sharing a bit more info about your perosnality and how you relate to others? Are you shy? Are you outgoing? Do you have difficulty staring conversations or difficulty maintaining them? And at work, could you be a little more detailed as to what you would like to see, how you would like to be percieved?
I don’t have a problem saying hi. I’m outgoing to a point so, I think I have more of a problem maintaining a conversation. I am a very reliable person. I like to help people. I listen well. That’s why I get put on the friend list and stay there. Maybe too much of a nice guy persona. Girls can talk to me but, we don’t make it to the physical level.
This is my first management position. I want to be a good leader. I would like my staff to see me someone of authority but i don’t want to be perceived as a hard ass.
