Been loving your posts. I always thought this pheremone thing was a big scam, but reading all of your posts i am open to the idea that there may be something to all this, so I went and ordered some A314, instant shine, and ammo.
I’m 30, and a great modern professional bartender from Philly. I make great drinks and love the work, but i find it hard to get ahead because i’m kinda dorky and dont get taken seriously. I’m hoping to get a new job, feel more confident, and meet some women as well.

Well, to be taken seriously, I can’t think of any thing that says that much better than A314. IShine will help take some of the seriousness or “superiority” if you will down a touch and make 314 more approachable, brighter and younger. 314 can also be paired with IH, but IO is not recommended, at least by some users. The reason is that IO has a flippant quality that may undercut the respect factor of 314. Did you buy the spray or oil 314? In terms of advice, this thread on 314 vs IG my be the best at getting at the heart of the respect and maturity factor of 314. 314 and IG are both heavy in Rone, and Rone signals maturity, but 314 carries a steep leadership and status quality that takes Rone to a higher level. Let us know how that will work for you on the job.
I agree with monesmadedoit, A314 is going to be a safe bet if you want the respect of patrons. IIRC I saw a bartender’s log on here… I could be imagining that but I’m pretty sure I did. Maybe he/she will stop by and chime in too

Make sure to try wearing mones to work in your curent job. Bars and restaurants are some of my favorite places to wear pheros. Lots of people, lots of ladies. Will help you get more attention from the female wait staff as well. Go for the respect mones like A314, then augment that with IH or IS to get the convos going, and if you are working with the one gal you are interested in, try some Ammo. Girls think its yummy.
I’d say you’ve started off pretty well with the pheros you’ve chosen. A314 is definitely what you want when you’re in situations where you want to be taken seriously and get ahead.
When bartending, Ammo and IS should do wonders. If you’d like to add some social lubricant on top of that, I’d suggest you go for IO or IH, depending on your goals. If you’d like more people to be more chatty with you, IO is the key. If you’d like to improve the depth/quality of convos and interactions you already have, IH will do the trick. You could try doing both together, but it’s best to try them individually first to find out exactly what effect each one gets you.
I’ll just add that if A314 ends up hitting too hard, then IG I know is nice status, some respect and a very approachable vibe. Follow the vibe you feel from the mones and you’ll be congruent with the signature you’re giving off.
For me right now, the hardest part is to just follow everyones advise and start with just one product at a time to find the “sweet spot”. At first I just kinda threw on a bit of everything and went around looking for reactions. After reading some more threads I realize that I need to chill out a bit.
Try just 4 sprays of IShine by itself. Go to the search function and find a recent thread on Shine from the tag cloud. Report the hits or issues with your Shine usage. Once you have some feedback with that, we can throw in some ways to make the AMMO and 314 come off better. Post in the regular men’s section. The idea is to try to lighten the tone of 314 without taking the alpha edge off. A 314 oil veteran (somebody who uses it daily) should be able to tip you on using shine with 314. You can use Shine with AMMO, but AMMO isn’t really a status product. Say also if you have the spray or oil and what version. The 314A spray, you probably only want one spray to start off.
