Well, I noticed a slight smell on/near him recently. I don’t know what it was, but I mentioned it and he pretended like he didn’t know what I was talking about. It could have been some sort of isolated olfactory event which occurred solely in my mind/nose, but I’m not so sure. He seems to have above average success with women which can be for a number of reasons.
There are four possibilities:
-
He doesn’t wear mones and his success with ladies in the office is due to my mones;
-
He doesn’t wear mones and his success with ladies in the office is due to his personality/looks;
-
Combination of 1 and 2;
-
He does wear mones and his success with ladies in the office is due to mones/personality whatever.
The evidence:
One of the women is seemingly hot for me. M’s eyes dilate and she shows girlish mannerisms when around me. Shuffling of feet/ off balance, twirling of hair, etc…
But she also seems like she has a certain amount of attraction to my coworker. If I had to guess, she would probably go after either one of us. Could just be her personality.
In fact, it seems like I have one woman (her) who is attracted to me in the office, while he has about 3.
Now, I wouldn’t normally think this is anything strange. I’m just basing this off of observed behavior and a couple of things come into play. It’s easier for me to observe interactions with others than with me. Additionally, if my A314 is working (which it is), other women might be intimidated by me and not willing to display attracting towards me unless they are confident or too attracted to pretend otherwise.
But I keep going back to that brief smell. What is the deal with that? I can’t imagine that away. He is a funny and agreeable guy, but a large portion of his interactions with women tends to be self-deprecating humor. I’ve found this to be unattractive to women. If he is getting away with it, is it is other boyish charms and looks, or is it something else like pheromones?
