Blattellaquinone, 3-methyl-, (3,6-dioxo-1,4-cyclohexadien-1-yl)methyl ester, also known as blattellaquinone, gentisyl quinone isovalerate, is a sex pheromone secreted by German female cockroach to attract male cockroaches.

So what it can be taken advantages of by us is quite clear.

Ironically most guys, if it could get them laid, would still probably wear it even if cockroaches followed them around..
