Excellent find. The first one where she is touching her neck is a little confusing. Joe Navarro in his book What Every Body is Saying claims that is a pacifying getsure used when someone is nervous.
Touching the neck, especially if it is a caressing touch, can mean that she is at least somewhat aroused and is thinking or wishing for you to be touching/caressing her. In this case it indicates a desire to be seduced and made love to.
As for a guy if he holds on to something around him while talking to you chances are he is nervous. LOLZ
Actually its the same with anybody. When we are nervous we tend to do things we are unaware of.
