Copulins...a bit confused

No, when you stop ovulating you stop producing copulins. From puberty to menopause females always make them however around the time of ovulation is when we secrete the most. Ovulation occurs between cycles.

The BC pill prevents ovulation, this is why we stop producing copulins.

Males are attracted to females and vice versa during there menstruation. However some women get cranky during that time of the month due to hormonal changes and the fact that its just uncomfortable so you may not notice the attraction.

Oops, my bad. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

So, from my reading is that pheromones DO NOT enter the brain while cops DOES enter the brain and control men with it, usually happens during intercourse between a man and a woman (or you say it when men copulate with women).

So, how does airborne cops work if it’s not via copulation?

Pheromones do enter the brain through the olfactory system where they connect with certain receptors and fire off the neurotransmitters. That’s how they work. I don’t know where you read they don’t enter the brain.

Copulins being made from fatty acids and lipids are molecularly large and heavy. They do not travel to the brain. The actual smell combined with the visual of a female is triggering a sensory response. Other female pheromones combined with copulins may play a role in the level of behavioral response we see. They tend to work better when used with other pheromones in my opinion.

You do not have to be having intercourse to produce copulins. We secrete them all through the cycle. More so during ovulation.

Do not confuse the word copulation and copulins.

So what happens if a female colleague uses cops in an office environment?

Males in the office will have a spike in testosterone and if there are other points of attraction they will pay more attention to an sometimes flirtwith the person sending the signal.

Work environments are tough though because people tend to hold back on feelings in this environment which is not always appropriate for arousal and attraction.

You see more results with copulins in a social setting.
