Da Bella da Ball Journal

Gotta tell ya, there’s nothing good like that where I live. No yummy fast food. It’s so sad. I mean there’s a couple of decent pizza places… * yawn *

However, if ya ever get to Philadelphia…you might look up one of these… Roast Pork Italian with greens or broccoli rabe and sharp provolone. The greens are sautéed in olive oil with hot pepper and garlic.

Everybody heads for Pat’s or Geno’s for cheesesteaks. Ick. Please, skip them or you’ll forever wonder WTF it’s all about and head for John’s Roast pork instead…even for cheese steaks…no Cheeze Whiz here! Tony Luke’s is good too.

Oh Jeez, I’d be drummed outta The Core and loose my Pestle Packin’ License if I left out this one… the Italian sausage pepper and onion sandwich! Hot/sweet, or a little of each, your choice.

Well, I couldn’t leave the sausage sandwich alone with the pork now could I? OK, one more…grilled mozzarella with roasted peppers and fresh basil. Simple but, O My.

I confess I, too, love the pastrami. Hot pastrami with mustard on rye, please. Anybody for corned beef, how 'bout a Ruben?

SOMEBODY STOP ME…or I may hurt maself!

God, I love a good sandwich.

((((((Bella))))))

Where art thou chica?! I miss you!

Hi, ((((((Sweetie Girl!))))))) I’ve been away and just got back a couple of days ago. Took me a minute to get here…the jet lag thing. Whew, it really whoops my ass.

I’ve got a lot on my plate at home but I’ll be around off and on reading and trying to catch up. I’m sure that’ll take me a few days as well. I need to write a report, too, as soon as I have the time.

I hope you’re well and enjoying the summer. You deserve it after all the hard work you’ve put in at school! Now all ya gotta do is manage to stay outta trouble! :stuck_out_tongue:

Thanks for stopping by, Selva, I’m glad to see you.

Oooo, a little of this and a little of…that.

Glad to hear it. I hope you’re having fun!

Uh huh…

Thank goodness for the new page. I was gaining 10 pounds everytime I scrolled past that pastrami.

Heya Bella! Whatcha reading in the new avatar? Looks engrossing.

Somebody call me if anything exciting happens.

I’ll be back on the last page fondling the hoagies.

OoohYahhh

You can run…

http://artfiles.art.com/images/-/Elvis-Presley-Poster-C11791410.jpeg

Instead of boring you with the usual details that everyone knows about Elvis, here’s a recipe for Elvis Presley sandwiches, instead. This was apparently Elvis’ favorite sandwich and he’d get his cook to make it for him quite frequently.

Basically, take two slices of bread. Spread the outside with butter, spread the inside with peanut butter, add some chopped bananas and honey and, if you’re so inclined, strips of bacon (which you’ve already cooked). Put it together like a sandwich and fry it in a pan like a grilled cheese and you’re good to go.

You might think, “Peanut butter, banana and bacon fried like a grilled cheese? WTF?”… but it’s actually hella tasty. :stuck_out_tongue:

When you’re done, you should have something that looks like this…

Forgive me, I couldn’t resist!

That would be…

Ren, are you familiar with The Days of Wine and Roses? He wrote that, too. The original stage play starred Cliff Robertson and Piper Laurie. In the film it was Jack Lemmon and Lee Remick. If you haven’t seen it, I’m sure you can find it on NetFlex. Just make sure you’re in a cheery mood when ya tune into that one.

Thanks to Wikapedia, I found out Miller used to hang at The Swan Hotel in Lambertville, New Jersey. Wolf and I used to go there when we first started dating. James Mitchener was from that area as well. I wonder if they knew each other? Maybe they were drinking buddies? Very possible.

Don’t worry, Mushroom Man, you’ll hear the screams.

Ya know, I wonder which you guys like more… pheromones… f*cking …or food? :stuck_out_tongue:

Never read J P Miller but Mitchener is a fave. I know, geographical histories, the only genre more pathetic than than Sci-Fi which I also love. The thing is, you can read Chesapeake and then go to Delmarva and know where everything is and how it got there.

fcking. LOL. Hmm, a nice delicious meal, smelling all nice and phero’d up first… THEN fcking. Trifecta?

I probably spend the most money on food though. I remember one time I came up on a good sum of money and before I knew it, it was all gone. I went through my credit card bill to see what I spent it on. ALL food. Lots of money at supermarkets and restaurants. xD

Yes, that’s the upside of geographical novels. LOL. I like Sci-Fi but I’m afraid my tastes lean towards the classics. Ya know, The Day the Earth Stood Still, The Invisible Man, Invasion of the Body Snatchers. I like the supernatural and mystical aspects but I don’t like a lotta gore with my Sci-Fi. I prefer to let my imagination fill in the blanks. I don’t really care for the kinda stuff Stephen King writes. Though I loved The Shawshank Redemption, it ain’t Sci-Fi.

Wolf and I were talking about Michener earlier tonight and he told me that his aunts and uncles went to school with him! When ya come for a visit, Ren, we’ll take you to The Michener Museum and show you the area where he grew up. Then we’ll go to The Swan and eat and drink! It’s old and charming and they have a gorgeous copper bar there.

I’d say you’re a winner by a mile!

I know, lol. I’m :open_mouth: every time I see the bill. I think, Jeez…there’s only two of us, who’s eating all this stuff? :stuck_out_tongue: Eh, there’s no crime in eating well. Good for you. Some people simply fill a hole. Ug. I’m not wiling to just eat anything. I forage for the good stuff. It doesn’t have to be fancy but it does have to be good.

The way I figure it, if ya spend all your money on fast women, then you won’t have money for food. If ya dun have money for food, then ya can’t keep up with them anyways. Of course, in your never ending quest for good food, you could always meet a cute chef. Hm, time for a sandwich.

Food is love and it’s good to love yourself enough to feed yourself well, right? Not that I don’t fall prey to the occasional Baby Ruth bar.

Yoooohoooo…

Ooooo, Mushroom Man…

I’m testing Diane’s cops. Is that exciting enough for you? It’s got me excited! I’ll be takin’ 'em out for a spin this weekend, to a graduation party. There will be a nice cross section of people, so it should be fertile grounds for testing.

I’m gonna hold it down to a dull roar with only a couple of other pheromones, yet to be decided. Others may choose not to test this way but Diane said I could test 'em anyway I want to. Since I’m use to wearing cops with pheromones, on a regular basis, I’m gonna add some. Now, I’d normally wear SoE as a base and add other goodies but to clearly test I don’t want to taint Diane’s formula with any other cops. So, while I’m testing them…no SoE or anything else, that I know of, that contains cops.

I have to say when I first got them the other day and sniffed them straight from the bottles, I liked them right away. They smelled right. The “scented” one (yellow dot) was just slightly different from the unscented (green dot), in that is was a bit sharper and cleaner, faintly smelling of acidic fruit. By cleaner I don’t mean either one is in any way stinky/funky. They’re not, trust me. Fresh and sweet. Really. Compared to any other cops formula I’ve smelled, these are beautiful. I’ve diluted EoW way down and it still stinks. Yeah I can cover it, but goin’ on…phewy. Even when diluted they still need to dry down really well before covering.

Anyways, they came in a little bottle with a swiper top and I just couldn’t figure out how to translate swipes to drops. So, I immediately sterilized two empty EoW bottles and transfered the cops to them. I figured I was use to applying drops for dosage so that’ll be the way I apply Di’s cops, too. Makes sense to me. Then I applied two drops, of what I determined to be the unscented … one to each inner elbow and touched to wrists. Within a few minutes they were very soft and the scent was barely noticeable to me. So far, I don’t think Di’s cops need any cover.

I already can’t wait for the next batch to arrive! Don’t worry, I’ll make sure to eat right. If all goes well, I have a feeling the exercise part will take care of itself.

omg, cops that are usable without cover??? DAMN! BE CAREFUL BELLA. You’ve got wolf by your side right? He’ll take the rest of the horde while you fend off the first hundred or so…

And these cops are directly from Diane or from some other company? I’m lookin forward to seeing what happens. Don’t get into too much trouble… heck, you might even have to fight off the wolf! :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, the formula she just sent out is just the beginning. To me they aren’t very strong but I haven’t tested them in the field yet. That’ll happen this weekend. So far, I don’t see the need for cover. To start I’m just wearing them as is or with a spray or two of pheromones on top. She says they last a long time, sticking close to the skin. So, it stands to reason that a spray or two of pheromones or perfume will help to diffuse them.

I’ve worn a couple of drops around Wolf, so far nothing outta the ordinary. He’s always affectionate so I look for a different kind of reaction from him. When that happens I know it’s the cops. Don’t forget, I usually need a good amount of cops. When EoW was EoW…I only needed about six drops but over the last couple of years the formula has changed. In fact it’s been all over the place. Frankly, it’s still not what it used to be. So now I need, Christ, 10-12 ^ drops. That’s alotta stink. If Diane can up the potency and keep the smell close to what she’s got now…W :open_mouth:W…talk about HELLA! O My. I feel giddy. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m tellin’ ya. The government is gonna want this stuff. No shit.

As for the horde…lol…that remains to be seen. It’ll be outdoors for the most part, though the adults (and I use the term loosely * cough *) have a tendency to cluster on the covered deck. I’m deliberately going to dress down. That means no shorts, no halter top, no sexy little sun dress and definitely no swimsuit! Even though it is a pool party…:frowning:. Sigh, what I do for science. Anyways, there’ll be a bevy of nubile high school and college students there half naked. Is that a fair test? Good Copulin Goddess! I hope so. Wish me luck. I may just use the whole damn bottle! :stuck_out_tongue:

This explains it -

http://www.pheromonetalk.com/womens-journals/dianes-copulin-formulations-testers-thread-33035.html

I’ve decided to stay out of that thread for the most part. That works best for me as I really don’t want to be, at all, influenced by what others are reporting. So, for those who are interested, my results will be posted here in the Ballroom. Maybe someone, besides you , will drop by…lol.

Yeah, me too. Don’t worry about Wolfie… he’s tuff but I know how to take him down. Believe it.

Until now, if it smelled fresh or sweet or clean it would mean a higher dilution and lower concentration of active ingredients. Especially when all of us here are used to wearing multi-megahuman size doses.

But it does make a first class perfume.

If copulins or any analog were able to have the blatant head turning, DIHL that we have come to expect from our pheromones at low enough concentration to smell fresh or sweet or clean in the bottle, this would a historic event in both pheromone and perfume history.

Then again, this is Diane. Anything is possible.

I’ve worn up to 10X of what I sent you without a cover and with no complaints.

Please do try two drops of the yellow dot one, and see if Wolf responds with that one. I have a feeling the cops are making ionic bonds to the skin, and need a little “lift” from a carrier molecule to diffuse properly. I could be wrong about that, and it is one of the things I’m looking at.

I’ll be sending either four or six samples with the next mailing, all stronger versions… once I get some packaging to send them in… which should be mid week next week. Half of them will be mildly scented and half will be unscented. That will give you a little more flexibility in testing.
