Da Bella da Ball Journal

I’m with you Inkling. I’ve had chronic sinus problems all my life. I had surgery a number of years ago to correct a deviated septum and to punch holes into my sinus cavities.

I live on pseudoephedrine, and still more often than not I wake up in the middle of the night with killer sinus headaches.

Hope you feel better soon!

year round allergies for me. Had surgery to fix deviated septum + clearing out the air ways cause my allergies were so severe I couldn’t breathe. Always on some sorta allergy med. =

Ha that’s funny. Yup I agree I was willing to try anything, got myself a cute little neti, salt and zinc drops to add in a little over a month ago. Works as well as the claritin and then zyrtec I had been prescribed, though none last long before I’m stuffed up again. I’m sticking with the neti as it is supposed to help with blocked eustachian tubes. (mah ears)

Some may think jala neti is disgusting, but check out sutra neti, it’s worse!

LOL, editing to add this.

Sutra Neti?..one must draw the line somewhere… Anybody actually try this? I mean I’ve shoved a lotta sh*t up my nose in my life…but…

I’m not glad you guys are suffering, that’s fer sure. But I’m glad I’m not alone. It’s often difficult for others, the lucky bastards, to understand the agony that really goes on here. I wish I could jus’ blow my nose and/or chop off my head and fugettaboutit. I wish.

The Allergy Contingent Anonymous can meet here weekly.

Hello, my name is Bella…and I carry my head around in a bag…don’t get too close…or I’ll…achoo!…lunger on ya…

Cowboy, your avatar is hot!

Hello, my name is Mark and and I’m heavily addicted to psuedoephedrine, but even that doesn’t stop me a lot of nights from thinking about putting a centerpunch up my nose and hammering it through my skull.

If my head happens to explode, please excuse me!

Thanks Bella!

Every mans dream a brunette “and” a blond!

I knoooow whatcha mean…it’s hard to have grace under pressure……let alone think or concentrate…on anything. Sleep?..ya right.

np…here…some cleaner for the walls…lol

LOL. I was thinkin’ the same thing. One from column A and one from column B…

What?..no redhead? You’re slippin’ cowboy! :stuck_out_tongue:

And I happen to like redheads too! I just don’t seem to meet many of them. :frowning:

Actually, I like all women! brunettes, blondes, redheads, white, black, brown, red or green!

The brunette has a twin sister. I met the other twin on Thursday night, then the one in my avatar on Saturday. I thought I’d already met her, so when they came in the club Saturday night I gave them both a hug then started playing with and teasing the brunette right off the bat, cause I thought I already knew her. Went well enough though, as I got her phone number!

LOL. This is a secret?

NOW your talkin’! A double header!

partner, i gots me a redhead u can borrow… u mind if shes ‘certified pre-owned’

bond

Well, I’ve only had one girl in my life who told me she wasn’t pre-owned, and when we finally did the deed, I’m pretty sure she lied about it, because she had another driver one week after supposedly leaving the showroom floor.

Shall I PM you my address, so you can put her on a plane?

hmmm… a new model… wat market was it from :stuck_out_tongue: did u get a chance to give her a test drive? how was her performance, good handling? i hope the curves were smooth :stuck_out_tongue:

bond (only i would go this far  ) lol

That’s what told me she wasn’t new and had a previous owner.

And yeah I test drove her for a couple of months, but after the first test drive I questioned how new she was, and after that the ride was never quite as good.

As to the intial test drive, I thought I was going to get airborne, and that was why I questioned about previous drivers.

lol… some its pretty hard to tell at first… im glad that u had a good drive while it lasted though… iv never driven the red head i was talking bout… but iv heard she gets from 0-60 in less a minute and she has pretty good fuel economy… its possible it was just a marketing gig though :stuck_out_tongue:

Hmm… so Bella’s journal has degenerated into bawdy innuendos? Oh nooss! You know what an innuendo is, don’t you, Bella? … :open_mouth:

Oh, I’m sorry, that joke was just lame/old/racist/un-PC/kills kittens… No ethnic jokes in this post, not on my watch

I’m with Bella - I’ll take the sophisticated “classic” anyday - they have character …

On a serious car note … I have several friends who have some of these “classics” and a few to include my next door neighbor who have newer sportscars. While the newer ones of course have the initial “ooomph” the styling tends to be somewhere between “nice” and sterilized. Nothing really stands out.

For me it is a sad fact of life that better than 90% of the cars on the road have no real style and pretty much all look the same. Hats off to those few companies and cars - ie Chrysler with its PT Cruiser - that at least try for some style and something different.
