it seemed good when I first used it but the missus picked up on the Akuto scent straight away.
I’m gonna pick up some Body Kouros real soon because I’ve got nothing to use to cover it. I probably won’t even wear the Kouros with it as long but as I can say it’s the Kouros I’m wearing when she notices the fragrance I’m home free!

How is the IG, TuTH TAC working out? It sounds like something I may give a spin.
I’ve tried IG a few times but I’ve not found my sweet spot yet.
TAC and TUTH are a good combo for me. I’ve not had the same results that others have had with TAC but in the context of my partner’s OCD/Anxiety issues I think it works really well. The problem for me is catching my partner at the right point in her cycle when I’ve not done anything to upset her (which doesn’t take much at all 
)
Catching her at the right point is tricky too. All that nightmare of two weeks before she came ‘on’ and she was only ‘on’ for 1 day! I took advice to try on the mid part of her cycle but we had a mini rough patch…
She seems to think she is horniest about a week after but I’m not sure if that is a week after she finishes being ‘on’ or when she should finish being ‘on’ LOL
i used 4 sprays if IH last night with 1 spray of IS double strength. We had a chat fest which is a great to rebuild things but I think I’m missing the TAC/TUTH boat 
If I can keep things on an even keel today I’ll give TAC/TUTH a whirl tonight
On the sunject of ‘issues’ i.e. Autism/Tourettes/ADHD, I took the family out yesterday. We had a bit of shopping to do and we also went for a walk down our local marina and the sea front.
It was quite hot. I wore 2 drops of A314 and 2 sprays of IS double strength.
The boys were well behaved on the way down and whilst there but on the way back… It was about 2 hours after application and all that heat… IS was as good as gone and it showed in their behaviour.
I’ll be keeping an eye on the effects of IS for children with Autism/Tourettes/ADHD (not that I’m suggesting dosing them up!!! perish the thought ) but it certainly helps.
For that time of the month, Id suggest Cohesion XS for men. It is made by another company, but from what I hear it is gold. AD has the best products from my experience bar a couple very niche products, this is one of three I would actually buy elsewhere.

I went out with 4x IG.
Just a quick trip to the opticians with my stepson and a to get few things from the grocery store.
The same assistants were there as last time but I spent all of 20 seconds at the desk, followed by 2 mins sat at the front where there was no one within pheromone range. My stepson has his glasses fitted by a middle aged male who was his usual polite self. then we left. No hits to report there. there was just not enough interacting.
I noticed the neroli fragrance while I was there though it was only about 10 mins after I’d applied the IG.
The grocery store was quiet so nothing noticed there.
I was in and out so fast I just didn’t see any hits at all.
I bricked it earlier though. I applied my mones in the bathroom and my SO was waiting in the living room to chat with me before I left. Arrgghhhh I smelt like a orange blossom!!!
She didn’t say a thing though..! 
it’s just a shame I don’t get to many social environments to test. With the kids problems me and the misses don’t get out much - at all. Perhaps when they’re back in school we can chill in a few caf?s or something. But, I’ll have to keep my eyes from a-wandering as she’ll bust me good and proper. 
I’ll just have keep my peripheral vision sharp and on the lookout for hits

It does take two to tango and I made a lot of mistakes at the start of the relationship. If she didn’t have OCD we’d be over it now and happy, but these things keep coming back time and time again.
It’s like I am making the same mistakes over and over again every single day. I mean of course I am making mistakes but not all of them and not every day.
She means well and I know that I am just not providing what she wants at the moment. She can’t see anything in me that tells her I want to be with her. She told me that. And in a way it’s true. When she is like this I cannot feel loving towards her. It’s just impossible, but give a day or two of things going OK and I’ll be back to where I was pretty sharpish!
If it every gets too bad I will leave. As long as I can make it amicable so that my daughter and my SO and her sons can be happy then I will. If the parting isn’t amicable then I will just have to try hard to patch things up and keep things as friendly as possible. I’m sure the pheros, along with a little bit of congruence, will help there

4 A314 helps keep her at bay, or rile her up if its her special time.
It’s OK mate. Although it’s hard to tell, with her being late and only ‘on’ for 1 day last time, I’m pretty sure I’ve got all that to look forward to next week. And on my birthday too! ha ha! I’m gonna be treading on eggshells for sure!
Solid advice is a calender for her cycles. I keep track in longer relationships, just because, well, I am sure you know why.

I’d forgotten my 16 yr old stepson becomes very chatty when I wear 4 drops of A314. He’s like a yo yo. He comes over to talk and ask questions goes off for all of a few seconds then wanders back for more of the same.
It’s been OK with her today, we’ve not spent much time together though.
I did spend some time upstairs with her and she is still being quite civil. I have asked her what she’s up to but she seems to be ignoring some of my questions at the moment. I can feel another sh*t test coming on it might be tonight or it might be tomorrow but I’m pretty certain she is up to something and it might be a bit bigger than usual…
I’ll be kipping down here again tonight by the looks of it. She’s not made any overtures to asking upstairs for the night. I’ve played it relaxed, enquired about her plans etc given her the odd compliment. We’ll see.

We talked briefly this morning before she went out. I had 2 drops of A314 on and 2 x IS double strength. She clearly wants things to improve before my 40th, which is good.
I’m gonna attempt to sleep upstairs tonight. But she’s out with her sister today and a mutual male friend of theirs, along with all the kids. Hopefully if they all come back they won’t stay long, but her male mate tends hang around a bit too long. (he’s been after her for years but is no threat to me. He’s no threat to anyone really - in the nicest possible way I would estimate he’s about 560lb)
She wants me to spend the day reading up on improving our relationship - she likes the fact that my goal for my 40th was to be in the best physical shape of my adult life but she would like me to have had a goal to improve our relationship by then too. I told her that just because I haven’t discussed it with her doesn’t mean I haven’t got those goals too. I mean this journal is testament to those goals it’s just a shame it’s all a secret. Pheromones are just one aspect of the overall life improvement plan that I have going. Unfortunately some things take time.
Anyway, depending on what time she gets back I’ll probably have a stab at some IH tonight. I’ve been using this stuff sparingly to make it last until my next order. I’m going to order a 30ml next time and I think I’ll be testing P74 as well. I also like the sound of P75 - might be good to keep that chilled bad boy vibe during that time of the month and of course maybe something to provide some Cohesion between us
