has anyone here purchased colognes from this site?
Some of them have funny names like fiery curry, russian leather, riding crop, firefly, rubber, dirt, ginger ale,…
Demeter Fragrance Library, Inc.
They have some sample sizes available too.

Meanwhile are you aware if these products (samples!) are actually sold in shops outside the US or are they mainly available online…
I have seen them in a few specialty stores at the mall but they dont carry a large variaty and they just carry the popular scents like vanilla or Melon. None of the fun ones though. They are pretty good but I noticed on some of them the scent dosnt last long.
They are supposed to be getting a store locater added to there site soon so maybe when thats up you can find one near you.

nice! While doing my cologne shopping, I was always trying to find one with natural scent.. I guess this site has exactly what I want; especially the “Pure Soap” one. From time to time, I like to smell as if i just gotten out of the bath.
The baby powder seems cool but its too feminine for me.
I have a feeling that the Store locator will be on “coming soon” status for so long.
I wrote to them, they told me they don’t have a distributor here. So I’d have to order online…
eBay - The UK’s Online Marketplace Check there Phoenix, the variety is small, but asking the sellers about getting different scents wouldn’t hurt. Hope you can try a few.
Also for ones that don’t seem to last long on the skin try getting the oil to compliment. I’ve noticed it really extends the scent, sillage and it is fun to doctor them with oil based pheromones.
eta: oops I see you haven’t listed where you are. Not sure why I assumed somewhere in the UK. Sorry!

Phoenix have you noticed this post, Cannabis for Men/Chocolate by traderneil? A few of the scents are interesting and similar in simplicity to the Demeter scents but excel ingredient wise, located in Italy. Oak moss, Tartar leather, Green tea, Tabac, and Sea wood all read divine.

I think I’ll wait until I either find Riding Crop on ebay, or I’ll buy it direct.
In the meantime I went out to buy some cologne which had leather in its mix-up, went to a perfumery shop and the old lady told me I couldn’t look at the colognes, “that section” was off limits..
ended up leaving the shop in a jiff.. I wasn’t using pheromones today so it wasn’t a negative reaction.
Instead I went to their other branch in the same city and got to look around. I was given better treatment here. I ended up buying Burberry London which is along the lines I wanted. I was given samples of Eternity for men and La Mome, which it turns out is for women.
So would anyone want this La Mome sample? Either to swap it for some other sample or to buy it?
You can call their 1-800 number and see if they will ship to the UK.
Pure soap is really great.

Does the smell last for long? 5 hours at least?
Ohh get something with leather in it. Thats smells so hot on a guy. Looks hot to but thats another subject.
I make a suger scrub and lotion for my husband that has leather, sandlewood, Oak moss and some woody resins in it and I practically swoon when he wears it. I would make him a EO mix to but he wont wear it because he dosnt like colognes.
Shadow it depends on the ones you get. I am not sure how long that one (Pure soap) would last but I have about 12 different bottles and maybe half of them have a 3 to 4 hour staying power while the others have less.

Yay, I just received my Riding Crop! the cologne that is.
Got it from jadedylan, a us ebay seller.
Tried some of it. My mum says it smells bad.. I don’t know, I like it myself.
My ex-wife hates it too. I like it.
I wonder if it would blend well with Turn Up The Heat.. spraying TUTH first of course, letting it dry down, then applying Riding Crop.
After riding crop dries down the scent is great, not overbearing… I like that too..
