Hello,
Can anybody here explain me the difference between Instant Openness and Instant Honesty products? If you could afford only one, which would you buy?
IO is 70% Alphanol, which is light, bubbly, bright and chatty, whilst IH is 70% Betanol, which is deeper, more close, trusting, bonding and engaging.
Which to go for is entirely up to you - IO is good where you want to promote any conversation, esp in a club, gig or somewhere loud whilst IH is better when you want to get to know someone better and spend quality time.
Personally, I prefer IH, steered with some IS to avoid the “too-deep” vibe it can impart, for a better quality conversation vibe compared to IO, which can unleash a torrent of drivel in some people. Also, IH/IS can be used with A314 but IO can weaken A314 significantly
I have tried them both.. i find IH makes my thoughts turn inward and because I take meds for depression (which is controlled with meds) it comes out under the IH.. You see IH causes introspection and bonding.. People with depression shouldn’t be listening to depressign music nor should they be using mones like IH.. I have found it to work when I am feeling rather good but sooner or later it brings out the worst in me. I have tried combining it with IS and AMMO but still no good.. IH is an emotional bonding mone. I also find it depresses my testosterone levels. I don’t know if its the mone or the indirect influence on my mind that causes me to lose interest in sex and feel depressed but I never have this problem with p75 IS AMMO IO. Perhaps IH will work if I toss in p75 in there I don’t know its risky.
Quite frankly the mone that is best for bonding isn’t always best for your mental health.
On the plus side if you very happy talkative and gabby person IO will only make you more beta.. You’ll need some Ih or some none mixes to bring out a more masculine vibe.
I have exactly the same issue with IH, especially with dosages of 4 sprays and up. Instead of “opening up” it makes me kind of curl up in my thoughts, or turn inward as you put it. I too have a history of clinical depression, although now I’m doing fine without meds (thanks to summer).
