So where have I been..
My doctors in Cali kinda made asses of themselves so I took a trip back home to see drs I’m about to fly back to LA to get some other stuff in order.
My blood levels and everything were totally f-d up when I got here.Hormones were worse all of my blood counts were going through the floor and I had a sinus infection so bad w double ear infection it took 2 months to kinda clear up.
I dunno if my blood levels are back up or not I’m seeing hematologist weds and I’ll try to get back to you.He thinks both the blood and hormonal problems are metabolic and after a bit of research I’m inclined to think the same thing.He also heard a fairly nasty murmur when they were doing my vitals and sent me for an echo.Dunno the results of that yet.
Old primary here ran a head ct to make sure there weren’t any rocks or marbles in there (joke) but alls clear except sinus infection residue and my jaw was infected.I have a good dentist patching that up though.
She also did a Ca-125.Which came back clear.
Anyhow, I’m hangin in here and doing my best to tough things out.

Thats fine. Maca root is awesome keeps me from being perpetually exhausted and yes I have done a few detoxes.I prefer the salt water one as it seems to work better with my body its also a bit gentler.I’m also taking vitex now which is a huge help with the mood swings that come with wonky hormones.
Its funny because our hormones are linked to our pheromone output so when I’m taking care of myself properly I have an alpha signature but when I’m sick and skip routine or don’t eat right mine crash and i get treated like a little kid.
