Enlarged lymph nodes due to mones?

if you have problems with blocked ducts, a few things that will help considerably are raising your level of Choline, MSM powder, and NAC. Especially useful if you have a cold, all that sticky congestion will liquify and drain out freely, very rapidly. Also helps cut though the brain fog. Best source of Choline is egg yolks, second best is Soy Lecthin, but I don’t like the way that blocks protein metabolism (which lowers Testosterone levels, etc.). There is no upper-limit on how much MSM you can use, it is extremely safe. I have put MSM into saline solution in a netti pot, right into my sinuses, with excellent results. My whole head opened right up.

echinacea root will reduce swelling in your lynph nodes due to the non-phychoactive classes of cannabinoids present (in the root mainly). Although medical weed orally would be so much more effective…

Omega-3’s would be a big help, swig some cold liver oil… or Hemp seed oil. Get your DHEA levels up will reduce inflammatory response because your immune-cell production will be up, then the body doesn’t need to over-compensate with inflammatories. There is an inverse relationship between DHEA and inflammation. Magnesium is very often depleted in these situations, maybe also potassium. Increasing your boron level will help the body store and utilize other minerals far more effectively, don’t underestimate boron and magnesium together with some Vit D3.

Thanks dude! Not really into supplements, but looks like you know a lot about them.

The only thing I use is a regular multivitamin during flu season and the occasional protein shake for after my workouts.

I use a fair deal of supplements myself. Magnesium in particular is important. The problem is, however that it does not absorb well when taken orally. Adding magnesum salts into bath water helps a lot. One could also soak feet in water with magnesium salts.

I am of course not discounting anything else, but magnesium is the one I would start with.

Just checked my multivitamin and there’s 100% of the recommended daily intake of magnesium in there. Guess I’m good

Officially it might be the case. In reality one would need far more than the official dosage. I have heard recommendations in the 1600-2000mg range per day. Now, add the fact that your organism won’t absorb most of the magnesium in a the multivitamin tablet. What do you get?

There are several forms that absorb well orally. This is a great thread for a magnesium resource -> Magnesium Information and Extensive Protocol | Mark’s Daily Apple Health and Fitness Forum page I use Welcome to Niche Pharmaceuticals, Inc. at 4 tabs aday and then 2 nickel or or sized bits of Amazon.com: Designs for Health Magnegel Transdermal Magnesium Gel, 8 Ounce: Health & Personal Care every day too.

I actually take magnesium to boost my T-levels along with Vitamin D, really good stuff.

As far as reactions to wearing mones, the only thing negative was I would get the sniffles with Ammo 2x world edition.
