Teenage usage of mones

All right, so I’ve been reading up on what more experienced users have to say about using pheromones and, to be frank, what they said was actually quite disconcerting. I read radman’s long post about how no one knows what the effect of mones are and how it can be similar to using steroids since it could make your brain think that excess of masculine mones are yours and slow down testosterone production. This post by radman

Anyway, I read this post about 2 weeks ago but I totally ignored it. I’m a teenager, most of us are stubborn and want to go with what we think rather than the adults. Actually, I didn’t totally ignore it, it has been on my mind for ages now. I’m all for my health, I try to keep myself physically fit by working out regularly but making sure to not push weights since it can stunt a teenagers growth, I eat healthily etc etc.
I’m seriously considering quitting on mones for a few years (untill I’m about 18) since I’m worried that they could damage my health and stunt my puberty. Since pheromones are relatively new, not much is known about the effect of them on teenagers, so like rad said we’d be guinea pigs. I’m not sure if this is anything to do with my use of mones, but I think my penis is now flacid more often than it used to be, if that makes sense. My memory has always been quite bad, but I remember popping off stiffys at the most awkward times quite frequently, now (i think) the number of those has decreased. Either that or I’m just paying more attention to it after reading rads post. I haven’t used any -none products (apart from a half spray once) and they have all been mostly socials (listed in my siggy).

Aside from physical problems it may cause, it will probably cause teenagers to have a form of dependence of using the products. My personality has been changing almost every year for the last 3 years quite drastically every time. Using mones will just make everything a hell lot easier for social situations, so it may cause teenagers to grow up as socially “cripple” or “incomplete” since they’ve never relied on their own skills by itself. To be honest, when I first joined I told my self: “ahh great. Now I’m gonna be using this stuff for at least another 15 years -.-”. After finding shortcuts into making it social situations easier, it’s hard to go back.

I’ve also been thinking about ways to lessen the possible side effects for other teenagers that will carry on joining phertalk and using AD products. Correct me if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t applying mones onto your wrists and forearms minimise how much your exposed to it. I read that you apply IS to your neck so you can benefit from the self effects, but for teenagers this could be quite hazardous since it’s other effects are unknown. And applying IS to your arms won’t give you the same self effects as applying on your neck which is directly under your nose. So, my point is, wouldn’t applying to your arms stimulate your brain/ hypothalamus a lot less than when applying to your neck, thus minimising risks of using mone products, but still benefiting from them. Though I could be wrong since mones have a 5 meter range of influence, so applying them to your arms might make no difference. I would like to hear your opinions on this point.
Oh yeah, so basically to sum it up, I may not be continuing with mones anymore. I will continue my journal for a while longer and I’ll keep some mones for special occasions :stuck_out_tongue:.

Thanks for reading
lol I apologise if this sounded like a rant

You’re right

If it can affect people a few feet away, what would prevent you from being affected by it from 2 ft away.

Though surely it lessens the effect. When I’ve been wearing IS on my neck I usually smile for a bit, but when I apply it to my arms there’s nothing. Isn’t that why you’re recommended to apply on your neck if your after self effects.

I think its placebo, I’ve gotten them from anywhere

First things first… Paragraphs they are your friend

How old are you really ? If your still in puberty If your younger then 16 I think its a good ideal to wait until your fully developed to use pheromones.

Sorry I know I’m a girl so this may not be comfortable for you to talk about with me. Your not flacid, the change is probably due to the fact that your nearing the end of puberty not because of any damage mones have caused.

While in puberty your hormones are fluctuating all over the place. A soft breeze can wake him up. When your hormones begin to settle down it takes a bit more then a soft breeze. So whats occurring to you is totally normal and I think I remember you stating your 16 so your right on schedule. I just dont want you losing sleep worrying about your Johnson falling off. Worrying about it will give you performance anxiety.

Keep in mind Rad was referring to the highly volatile pheromone like anone. Not pheromones like anol bnol and Taa which are more social and less volatile. He was also talking about heavy usage. You have not used enough mones to go flacid from them.

To much of anything can cause adverse effects. Water is natural. If you drink 8 glasses a day its good for you. If you drink 2 or 3 gallons it can kill you. Moderation is the key. A lot of new users think “Hey 2 sprays of tuth worked great for me, imagine what 10 sprays will do”

Pheromones dont work that way. More is not better its just more.

Yes pheromones make social situations easier. However they will not cripple you socially because there just a tool. They dont do the work for you. Tools are used all the time in many different areas. Think of the tools you use in school. They dont cripple you from learning the skills you need. They make learning them easier and eventually you find yourself not using the tools anymore because you dont need them. The books Rad suggested where a tool as well. They will make it easier not cripple you socially. The key here is not to rely on one tool alone. Imagine trying to build a house with just a hammer.

You will be exposed either way. You will inhale more if its closer to your face though.

I do respect your decision to not use them I just dont want you to have misconceptions or fears where none should be.

Tisha

my dear mones had nothing to with penis and with libido ..that has to do with testosterone production in your body. Mones do not affect your level of testosterone..If you want your body to produce more testosterone naturally , you try tribulus terrestris herb, you can find it in tablets, it also increase your body muscles, energy and endurance.

hehehe, pardon me

I’m still only 15.

Hmm, well that is assuring to read

True, but he then went on to say that no one knows what effect the usage of mones will have on a teenage boy going through puberty, and he’s right. So it is possible that even the socials can have adverse effects.

You have a point there, yet I was talking about getting used to taking advantage of that tool taking you to a point when you rely on it. Though wearing mones does help to improve you socially, even when you’re not wearing them, since you learn to be congruent with what you’re wearing and this congruent personality starts to stick with you. So, I’m not sure :stuck_out_tongue:. But still, I’m certain that once you’ve tried AD’s mones, it’ll be hard to go back to not wearing any ever again.

I thought so.

Thanks Tisha, that was an extremely helpful post .

That may be, though I personally have never benefited from the self effects of Instant Shine. I do, however, experience the “Crash” after using IS. I start feeling quite sleepy when I get back home. Though when I spray it onto my arms, the crash is a lot less visible.
That’s why I came to the conclusion of spraying on your arms to minimise risk.

I dont think he was looking to increase his testosterone levels.

Actually this is a misconception. Recent studies have shown otherwise. Some pheromones do effect the level of testosterone in males as well as the libido. However in a male that is fully developed and past puberty its not a issue really because its temporary. However in puberty it can be a issue. the hypothalamus begins secreting (GnRH) to the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland begins secreting hormone (LH), which stimulates special cells in the testes and ovaries to produce sex hormones… testosterone and estrogen. The increase in these hormones are what determines everything from hair growth to penis size. Over exposure not really phermonally but transdermally may or may not have a effect on developments. Science doesn’t know for sure yet.

So is what you’re saying is that using the socials such as Instant shine, Instant openness and honesty won’t be hazardous to my health, or are you saying that you don’t know for certain, but it’ll definitely not be as bad as -none products? What about androstone products such as IG?

I am saying they are less volatile to the system and your social life. As far as hazardous I cant say for sure because there are no direct studies on humans. They have studied on animals though and there are studies that skirt around the subject and indicate possible problems. Just a few…

Cambridge Journals Online - Abstract

NEL,Male pheromones and sexual attraction
Paragraph 2 of the introduction section.

Studies do indicate that males begin to secrete anone near the end of puberty while anol levels become high at the onset of puberty. The way I understand it if your making anol all through puberty then it will be less volatile to the system then something like anone which you dont secrete till after. Studies in some animals show that anone accelerates puberty but they do not indicate if adverse effects have been observed because of this. I believe accelerating it can have both negative biological effects and physiological effects. Then again I am not a doctor or a scientist so take it for what its worth.

I will tell you that I am a avid pheromone user and supporter but I didnt let either of my sons use any pheromone until I was sure they were done with puberty and believe me every year at their check up they asked the doctor if they could use them yet LOL

Although their doctor was not a believer in the effectiveness of pheromones at the time. (he is now LOL) He said there is not enough medical info on how it can effect them so he strongly suggested them waiting.

You have to make up your own mind though. Its not like you can never use them and waiting a few years is not the end of the world. In the mean time you can be learning PUA techniques, How to read and use body language, NLP and by the time your ready for mones you will be one hell of a male to be reckoned with  For those who dont want to wait I would suggest applying to clothes instead of skin and sticking with the socials.

Tisha

Thanks Tisha, very informative post as usual .

In regards to learning about body language, NLP, and learning PUA techniques, where do you suggest that I start reading. Is there a forum somewhere similar to this one, but focused on the PUA community (I remember nick strauss saying something about a forum in one of his interviews). Or is there specific books around that would be helpful.

Thanks,
HS

Anyone recommend any books/ websites/ anything?

(now, nobody get upset about me saying this. I’m just trying to help the guy, the way I helped myself.)

Torrents. Have a look at any of the big sites and you’ll find PLENTY of stuff about NLP, pickup, etc. etc.

…not that I advocate that or anything…

Also, you can learn a LOT about pickup just on YouTube. Body language, voice tonalities, and other little tricks. I recommend analyzing motivational speaker Tony Robbins and the way he moves his hands and eyes, and shifts his vocals up and down with emotion.
