Hello all! I got my first order yesterday and woohoo!!! am I excited to try this stuff out. I ordered To Go’s of Instant Shine 1X, Instant Honesty 1X, Instant Sexiness (2.5mcg), Turn Up the Heat, and then MEO-EST (2.5mcg w/ neroli) & MX134. I know that’s a lot to try but after reading thru the forum, those are the ones that interest me the most. They also sent a free To-Go of MX274 :cool: which I thought was AWESOME!!! Man! This is going to be hard to try them one at a time but I’m gonna try my best to resist the temptation to mix too many at once, especially since I’m a newbie at this!

Yesterday, late in the afternoon, I decided to try the Instant Shine so I sprayed 1 spray on a wrist, rubbed them together; and 1 spray on my chest/neck. I went back to work but didn’t notice anything, other than my throat and sinuses seemed a little irritated. Does that ever happen to anyone? Maybe I’ll have to spray it on the back of my neck, intead of my front. At home that night, I gave my DH a hug (just to make sure he got a good whiff :wink:) and he sure seemed to be in a good mood the rest of the night which is a little unusual because lately he’s been working long hours and has been a bit of a grump! My 3 kids were a little giggly too, but that didn’t seem to abnormal. So…I was thinking to myself…just maybe…this stuff works :slight_smile:. Guess I’ll have to do some more testing!

This morning I sprayed 1 spray on a wrist, rubbed them together; 1 spray on my chest; and 1 in my hair/back of neck. I haven’t noticed anything particular at work but it’s a small office (a dozen people) and we’re a little under-staffed at the moment so not a lot of people around. However, I went to the school today to register the kids and BLAMMO! I’m pretty sure this stuff was doin’ it’s thang! I had re-sprayed Shine on my arms (1 spray, rubbed together) & one on the chest about 10 minutes before I arrived. I went into the school office to borrow a pen and was handing over immunization records when all of a sudden, the secretary who had been standing by the counter just starts chatting about this and that. I hardly got a word in. This is the SAME lady who hardly said two words to me all of last school year even though I had been in her office several times. Then, the elementary principle, walked in and past me, then stops mid-room and turns around and starts chit-chatting with me. I thought it was funny that he would stop mid-step and come back to the counter just to visit about nothing in particular. Maybe he was just being friendly???Then, I took more forms and sat at a table to start filling them out. Another mom sits down across the small table from me to do the same (I didn’t know her) and about a minute goes by and just out of the blue she starts telling me about her son in 5th grade and yadda, yadda, yadda and asking questions about who I was, where I lived, how to fill out the form, etc. Either she was really friendly or this stuff was doin’ it’s thang again :slight_smile:

I stopped in at the fast food place and it was crammed with people, the line was out to the door! I walked past everyone on my way to the restroom, including the cute guy at the end of the line :wink: . (Yes, I’m married, but I have an appreciation for all things beautiful :smiley:). When I came back, the line was the same so I walked past the cute guy again and got in line behind him. I have to admit, I didn’t really have to use the restroom but I wanted to spread a little Shine around. Heeheehee! devious, I know! I barely got to my spot at the end of the line when the cute guy just starts chatting with me and joking around and then the lady ahead of him joins right in too! I’m tellin’ you now, I don’t normally have people interact with me like that unless I’m initiating it. I think I’m friendly enough but I’ve always wondered if people who don’t know me think I’m a little stand-offish or something. In all these instances, I hardly said a word to begin with. Just makes me wonder…hmmmm. Can it be true? Does this stuff really work? I guess I’ll have to keep testing although I may have to place another order soon and get a BIG bottle of Instant Shine because I LOVE the smell of it. Yummmmmmyyyyyy!!!

I plan to finish out the week with testing IS. I’ll keep posting my experiences and hopefully won’t bore too many of you with the details, especially those who are experienced users. I’m sure you’ve used it so much that this is just baby play for you!

What should I try next week from my little “arsenal”? Any suggestions???

If the week continues like today did, you’ll be so tired of people chatting to you that you might want to avoid something like Instant Honesty. Maybe try Instant Sexiness? See how the nice young men in the fast food lines react to that.

Yep River…thats the power of Instant Shine…and that was three real hits girlfriend. Reps to ya

PS… if you gonna test at work you have to do the IShine+IHonesty with the MX134…trust me you should be feeling like you own the place

but if you gonna test outside of work…I’d give the Instant sexiness dome action with the IShine and add a little IHonesty

I was trying to control myself and try one product at a time but now you really got me thinkin’ about doing the shine/honesty combo. Awww! Why’d ya have to tempt me like that??! :slight_smile:

I also thought Vespero’s idea of trying the Instant Sexiness next week was great. Maybe I could try that on hubby in the evenings. How long do the effects of phers last? If I don’t re-apply the other ones in the afternoon, will they be worn off enough by evening that I would be able to see the effects of just the Instant Sexiness? I’ll be pretty much just at work this next week during the day and then at home in the evenings. The only “extra-cirrucular” activities I’ve got planned is an employee golf outing next Friday night (should I try the MX134, Shine, & Honesty combo for that?).

OK. Well another update.

Wednesday: 1 spray Instant Shine to front of neck, one to back of neck, 1 to each wrist; Re-applied late afternoon;

Took day off work :smiley: ; took kids to pool; no interaction with other people; however when it came to “snuggle time” with the kids before they were sent off to bed, my 5 year old son INSISTED that he sit with me, not Dad, which is VERY unusual as he is a daddy’s boy thru and thru! I’ll count that as a HIT! Thank you VERY much Shine! I so totally enjoyed that unusual snuggle from my little boy!!! :slight_smile: :slight_smile: :slight_smile:

Thursday: same application as yesterday plus one to hair; applied this in the afternoon though as again I had taken a day off work :smiley: and stayed home in the morning; my husband & I took the kids to a local county fair for the afternoon. While waiting to use the restroom, I sat on a bench outside right next to an elderly lady. She smiled. I smiled. After a few minutes, she offered me a handful of her popcorn and then started chatting about how much fun she and her husband were having at the fair. Maybe she was just being nice, but the popcorn sure was good! Mmmm. Later we sat down to eat lunch and were just about ready to leave when another couple with a baby walked behind us & the guy taps me on the shoulder and asks if we minded if they sat next to us since all the other tables were full. We didn’t mind, of course, and they sat down. The guy sat across from me and kept smiling & glancing up at me while he was eating. Kinda weird, but whatever!

I think different pheros last different amounts of time because they diffuse at different rates. For example, Instant Shine is fairly diffusive from what I’ve read, and now the store is testing the Extendo versions which should make the effect last longer. Androstenone on the other hand, I often hear described as the superglue of pheromones, and can stay on your skin for days. A lot also depends on the humidity and temperature, whether you’re sweating or it’s raining, and other factors. Experimentation is the best way to find out, but I’m sure some of the ladies can give you estimates on Instant Sexiness.

Vespero is right, he has been studying hard so he gets some reps :wink:

Instant Shine seems to last about 4 to 5 hours for me but it depends on the weather alot to.

Instant sexiness lasts 4 to 6 hours with the best hits occurring in the first 3 hours. You can reapply after 6 hours. I generally reapply right before I leave work to go home.

I noticed the smell had dissipated within 4 or 5 hours also and was re-applying. But then got to thinking, maybe they are working even though I couldn’t smell them much any more and didn’t want to go overboard with the stuff! :open_mouth: So, if the smell wears off to the point that it’s virtually gone, I can assume that it is? Right? So what happens if I cover the scent with Pink Sugar? How can I tell if the pheros have worn off? Or should I wear it without perfume for a while to get the hang of it, so to speak?

BTW: This new “experiment/adventure” is quite fun & besides, I think I like my new smell :slight_smile:

River, I commend you on your discipline, at trying out the Instant Shine exclusively for a week, especially with all those other goodies at your disposal!

…maybe just the alcohol? I know I get a dry, tickly throat from alcohol-based sprays on either myself or others.

ntk23: It’s nearly killing me to stick to one. The way I look at it, sooner or later (probably sooner), I’ll fall off the wagon and load up with a bunch of different ones! Kinda like the treadmill…I’m good for a week or two, then oops! There I go again!:stuck_out_tongue: As for the scratchy throat, I was figuring that was probably the alcohol and now I don’t seem to be bothered by it. I’m just careful to not take in a deep breath the same time as I’m spraying it!:slight_smile:

Update: As for Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, we went camping for the weekend and I didn’t want to “waste” my precious sprays on the squirrels :open_mouth:

As for this week, I think I’ll give Vespero’s suggestion a try and put on some Instant Sexiness. Maybe I shouldn’t try it at work, but what the heck!!! I’m hoping, at the very least, that it will make for interesting evenings at home :smiley: I’ll keep you posted.

Oh hey, after a week or two I think you deserve to go wild trying out whatever elaborate cocktail of sprays sounds promising to you. You’ve resisted the temptation to do so for longer than most folk on here, including myself!:slight_smile:

Monday: Sprayed Instant Sexiness 1 on wrist, rubbed together; one on front of neck/chest; re-applied midafternoon - no noticeable hits during day.

I wanted to experiment on hubby so when I got home in the evening I sprayed one spray on back of neck and another on chest. Then 2 sprays open honesty, one on wrists, one on back of neck. I don’t know if I OD’ed or what but my whole plan back fired!:open_mouth: For some reason I just couldn’t stop bitching about stuff, stupid stuff too! It’s like I wasn’t in a bad mood or anything, but I’d see something and then bitch about it. After it came out, I was thinking to myself “where the heck did that come from?!” :confused: Yikes! I totally ruined the evening :frowning:

Hubby didn’t come to bed right away but stayed up to watch the late show on TV which is unusual since he doesn’t stay up so late. He didn’t seem too pissed at me but understandably wasn’t trying to jump all over me either. Hrumph!!! I was asleep when he came in to bed but I woke up sometime in the middle of the night with his arm laying over me. THAT was unusal since he’s always saying that he can’t sleep while cuddling because he gets too hot (that is temperature hot :smiley: ). So, maybe the pheromones were working a little, even if it wasn’t the way I had hoped!

I’m not sure if it was just me being bitchy (although I didn’t feel that way all day), or if it was a bad combo, or what. I’ll test again tonight with the same mix and see how it works.

Instant Honesty? Haven’t tried it myself, but from reading the reviews here it sounds like it’s a bit of a double edged sword! In your case, it sounds like the “honesty” came more from your subconscious than your conscious, River: maybe you hadn’t quite realised how annoyed you were by certain little things, and the Honesty brought them out.
Maybe spray that stuff on your wrists so you don’t get so affected by it yourself…

I meant spray both sprays on your wrists.:slight_smile: Or just cut down to one. Because it’s your first time, the self-effects will be stronger, too.

Yeah, maybe I just hadn’t noticed before how annoyed I was with certain things, you know, that pile of laundry left on the floor, the milk container left on the counter, walking over a piece of trash and not picking it up, him not helping to clear off the table after supper and sitting down to watch TV from his recliner instead, yadda, yadda, yadda. I think you were right, ntk23, I guess the Instant Honesty just loosened my tongue enough to say what I’ve subconsciously always wanted to say :open_mouth: I’ve just never been that bothered by that stuff before and last night I just couldn’t shut up about it. I’m thinking that maybe if it truly does affect me that way, I’d better not wear this to work or I’ll say something I shouldn’t and get myself fired :open_mouth: I’ve read a couple of other posts about Hits that people have gotten off from Honesty where people had just blurted out stuff that they normally wouldn’t say otherwise and I was just a little skeptical about that being truly from the Honesty, but now, I have first-hand experience where words just came out and I was just thinking to myself what the hell is goin’ on…what’s wrong with me!!!

I’m sure a little bit of the effects from the pheromones are placebo. You know, like for instance, I’m wearing this “sexy” blouse, therefore, I consciously “feel” sexy. I’m wearing Instant Sexiness, therefore, I consciously “feel” sexier. But now, I KNOW that the effects are real for sure. Last night, I had a particular purpose for wearing Instant Sexiness :smiley: and of course, to help that, I wore my “oh baby” panties (you know, the see-through lace ones that are cut a “little” high and have that cute little diamond stud in the front :smiley: ) and the matching “oh baby” bra that didn’t leave too much to the imagination and displayed the “girls” just right, and I sprayed on some Instant Sexiness that I was pretty sure made me smell sexier, therefore, I felt pretty damn sexxxxaaayyy last night…that is…until I opened my mouth :frowning:

So, with all that being said, I didn’t wear the Honesty to help ME be more open and social, I wore it to help HUBBY be more open and talkative and I was hoping for a little flirting action too :smiley: But NOOOO, “”“I”“” was the one affected by it, and not in the way that I had anticipated. I didn’t put it on thinking: “I’m wearing Instant Honesty, therefore I’m feeling more honest”! I just DID feel that way, apparently, and unfortunately :open_mouth: (at least as far as what I had been hoping to accomplish anyways!:smiley: )

I think I’d better either use only 1 spray, or don’t use it at all unless it’s at a party or something. I don’t think I’ll wear it at work either because there are a couple of ladies here that I don’t really WANT to know what’s truly on their minds!!

Hi River, your latest report reminds me a lot of what I went through when first testing instant sexiness not instant honesty. Have you worn them separately yet? It might be a good idea to try just instant sexiness to see if you find yourself irritated in the same way.
