Not sure if this is a good place to post this but since “picking up girls” can be the skills everyone here require and plus I have been studying
Psychology and experienced a lot pick ups so why not!
How to pick up girls?
First let’s talk about approaching anxiaty since approaching is the first step.
Let me through out two studies:
women are more socially anxious than men,
extremely women are less likely be approached by men.

SO if you are worried about being too nervous.. or she already have tones of “bees” around her.
DONT WORRY ABOUT IT!
WE ARE NOT AS UNAPPROACHABLE AS IT SEEMS

How to deal with approaching anxiety effecially?
3 second rule: go up talk to her within 3 seconds.( it will actually increase your attractiveness and subconciouse influence your body language)
Practice: 7 days challenge - say hi to 3 different strangers per days 7 days in a roll.. Also!! ITS A NUMBER GAME. let’s say the rate of success is as low as 30% haha, if you go talk to 50 women, you get 15, talk to 100, you get 30, talk to 200, you get 60. 200 looks like a huge number, but if you talk to 5 people per day, you can complish your goal within one an a half month.

Next let’s talk about AIs-Approaching invitations , Sheild, DAI-dead appraching invitations.
Approaching invitations are signals We(women) subconsiously give out idificating we are ready to talk to you.
There are two common forms: 1. eye contact 2. movement.
What kind of eye contact IS AIs and what kind of eye contact is not?
two factors indificating IT IS AN AIs.

  1. she looks at you couple of times
  2. she look at you first.

What kind of eye contact is not an AIs.
You look at her then she look at you, she look away also moved herself away from you. or she never look back.

How about movement?
first I want to say is , if a women is playing with her hair in front of you…IT IS NOT AN AIs since a lot of my guy friends think it is.

If she does if AND look at you..then it may be an AIs.

Even with all the signals, you can still get crush and burned because of sheild and DAI..and those two things is every single one who in the NPUA or PUA field will have to experience.
