I have ordered TUTH when I first joined here as a member in December 2008. Since then I have received little to no hits when wearing this product. I realize it is 2.5 mcg none/spray I believe, and the none is unbuffered with anything, and I am 20 years old (half white/half asian), so I naturally product lots of “none” I am guessing. I have bought tons of pheromones (lets not talk about how much money I spent ), and I am a reporting user, etc so I’m pretty sure I know what I’m doing here. I try my best to try different spray amounts, environments, people, etc with all of my products, but TUTH I am having very little success, if any with. I have never asked for a refund to date for any of my past products, because everything else has worked for me so far. I have even asked for member input in the past when I was new, I called Steve when I was fairly new too asking for his suggestions, and now I am just at a point where I’m not sure what to do. Any help members, Tisha, Steve, Jasmin, Mick, MHarris etc? Thanks a lot, and I LOVE Androtics. Just TUTH doesn’t love me.
I have tried taking a break from TUTH etc, so it isn’t a problem of me using it too much, because I don’t even use it much anymore because I have problems with it. I tried calling Steve yesterday (Friday) before the store closed, but the lines were busy, so no luck there. I might try calling again on Monday.
Not everything will work for you, Rev. I have Heavy Ammo that misfires every time I use it.
A314 and Instant Honesty x4 are the bee’s knees. Not giving those up!
I’m not returning Ammo though. I need to take it out and use it on different targets. Maybe I’ll get a hit using it on a hot 40-year-old MILF for example instead of the usual 20-something targets that are normally in my sights.
Mones are like clothing. Most things will not look good or fit you. That’s why we try them on first. With that said, over the past 5 years I have accumulated a couple dozen products that do little or nothing for me. Many of these are products beloved on this forum and LS. I don’t think they’re bogus, they just don’t fit my persona, body chemistry and goals. A few I later found are useful only in combination with others and in small doses. I thought WAGG was a total bust but eventually found it great partnered with A314 or NPA (mellows the edginess).
And, yeah, lots of young men can’t wear any androstenone. Their natural output coupled with a cocky nature, badass appearance, whatever, repels rather than attracts. Now I personally find TUTH too weak to do jack for me. I need strong medicine and I suppose this is why PheroProof, NPA, AE and TE work so well for me.
Incidentally, TUTH is not pure androstenone. It is buffered and steered with 16 or so trace mones. It is also the most polite of the mone products, hence the ultra buffered low dose. If you want to experience a real OD, don a half dozen drops of NPA…
I buy the 2x just so I can dilute it (cheaper). With the original Ammo I mixed it 1:1 with Nautica Competion (smells just like Ammo). With the new Game (which I hate), I couldn’t find a cologne close enough to match it, so my Ammo days are over. I used to wear it almost everyday.
I’m pretty sure, but not 100%, that when you called to ask about mones I said TUTH wouldn’t be ideal for you. Unfortunately revivia you are seeing exactly the results most 20 year olds with Asian blood and cocky/funny to boot would see with TUTH. It’s OK though, call on Monday and I’ll make sure we authorize a return for you with something more suitable for your age.
You’re a good reporting user and there are lots of products that need to be tested by someone like yourself. Some things are just not to be. Now get out there and have some fun.
I am kinda in the same boat Rev. TUTH is the product I use the least. However, I dont think its the products fault. I think that I just dont fit the product. When I first joined I was like “OOOO the sex product, gimmie that”. But after reading more I found out the benefits of this product are more of a 1 on 1 product, or a “trolling for tale” at the club sort of thing. I do not have a woman for a 1 on 1 type thing, and I dont usually hit up clubs. I think I have found that I like to go for more of the sexy, social, funny vibe. Therefore, this product really does not suit me at this point.
Now, if I do get to the stage where I am involved with someone, this baby is going to work overtime.
I have seen hits with it. Both good and bad. It just isnt the vibe I like to send out. So, it will sit on the shelf for a bit while MX292 & MX272 grab someone to use the TUTH on.
So Rev, I feel your frustration. For me, I just dont think the product is good for me at this point.
Thanks a lot SteveO, you’re the best. You are right about TUTH being the instant eye candy for young guys around my age. I don’t doubt that you warned me against buying TUTH, but being the somewhat stubborn person that I am (Leo and damn proud of it), I thought that while it wouldn’t work for most 20 year. olds, somehow it would work for me with enough trial and error, and experimentation with this product. :o Shame on me . I have had success with every other pheromone product that I have bought so far to the best of my knowledge, and Androtics has been very helpful and generous with every step of the way in my pheromone adventures. SteveO is always an excellent help whenever I talk with him on the phone, and I do get off topic sometimes with something not directly pheromone related, but he still assists me to the best of his ability, and for that I am very greatful. I hate to use such a blatant title. I should’ve titled it with something like “Having slight problems with TUTH. Can anyone help?”, or something to the extent of that. It was not my intention to put a negative title, or to put a negative light on Androtics or the product, so to the readers please don’t think that. I have been using Androtics products for quite a while now, and Androtics and LS is the only pheromone places that I respect and value, with products that work, although I do 90% of my shopping at Androtics . I 100% completely agree with Gegogi and others that pheromones are like clothes, and sometimes it might not fit your personality or your body type, but pheromones such as clothes do work, just not everything is for everyone. I’ll be 100% honest like I always am, and admit that I was exactly how you mentioned with the “OOOO the sex product, gimme that ”. I personally like to go for the sexual, flirty, confident, slightly cocky (just a touch ), and funny vibe. I have not gone to clubs and bars recently because I am still 20 yrs. old (not much point in going at that age), and I want/need to save money lol. :o

I think it’s a good title. Now, the next time someone new is ready to jump all over the “horny” product like us, they will see this thread and think twice about ordering something they dont really need.
I had a little bit of the same reaction with Turn Up The Heat when I’ve used it by itself with a cover but honestly, it doesn’t do anything when used by itself, probably because I’m giving off too strong of a -none signature. The only thing that’s worked for me is to use like A314 with Instant Openness and use a spray or two of Turn Up The Heat after like an hour or two.
Every mix wont work for every person. It is what it is. IFM dosnt work for me. Neither does Meo Est but they work for others. No biggie, You live and learn and use what works for you.
